I have distinct memories of waking up, seeing it was live for origin, and deciding to turn on the computer. I think I was still sleeping.

Jaws of Hakkon hit Origin at 9:20ish AM, PST. (I tracked down the tumblr post I made to alert my followers on there.)

 

Or earlier, IDK, that's just when I made the post. But I figure around then is when I'll start furiously closing, restarting, and refreshing Origin...

 

Descent was out at 7 pm in europe (germany). I suppose it's the same this time around (which would be in ca. 5 h).

As for spoilers: I didn't pull through for the past week without reading anything trespasser-related just to give in during the last few hours!

Same. I've dodged and ducked all spoilers so far; I can't give in now that I'm this close to getting to play it myself.

About avoiding spoilers...I went to check my achievements to see if there was any reason to fill any more requisitions when la la la I stumbled upon the DLC achievements. I only read one before clicking away. I've read so much into that one tiny little title. Why did they post those achievements before releasing the DLC? Why?

I don't think I can survive this work day... I was up until midnight last night trying to finish my nightmare KE playthrough and failed... stupid dragon... guess I'll be doing Trespasser tonight with my archer Lavellan and murderpope Leliana!

I completely missed what triggers murder pope vs hippy pope Leliana. I ended up with hippy pope Leliana while my hubby got murder pope. He couldn't stop her from killing that spy-nun, but I could. No clue what happened there.

I tried to make her nicepope my first playthrough, but that stupid decision at the very beginning where you can 'stay quiet' when she wants to kill a traitor screwed me over.

 

Apparently DLC is out on New Zealand PS store... whyyyyyyyyyyy....

 

I seriously can't believe we're getting Solas DLC TODAY, it hasn't really sunk in yet...

Bizarre or totally awesome. See now I'm reading into that...This DLC must involve time travel and having to play through the whole game again at lightning speed. GHA!!!! Reminds me of a fanfic I read where Lavellan has to live through the Inquisition again, but only she remembers that it happened before. Groundhog's Day Thedas style.

You are supposed to make soft choices throughout the game, e.g. not allow her to kill the spy in the beginning, pick reassuring, soothing answers when speaking about her feelings etc. This is the way to soften her, resulting in keeping the nun alive and getting the rainbows-and-unicorns Leliana pope ending.
