I'm actually really liking his face... he looks so mature and sophisticated. I think I may be developing another crush.  Previously I've only really been attracted to Sera. The elves are really getting to me this time around.

So...unless there's a distinction I'm not aware of... it kinda sounds like Solas *is* a Dreamer...  Or at least it sounds like he enters the Fade the same way Felassan was described doing so in TME.  

 

And if he actually comes to the Inquisition, that's one person in the party I don't have to worry about missing.

I like Allen Leech's voice by the way. If we didn't have the char profile now for Solas I would be speculating if having an Irish VA increased his chances of being Dalish in origin since in DA2 they have Irish and Welsh accents.

Crap, he sounds awesome. I can't wait to meet him in-game. I think his face is really just a lighting change, though I really hope those Nicolas Cage comments didn't alter his appearance too much, I liked his face. Solas's, not Nicolas Cage's.

Do you guys like his old design or this one better? I'm half-half; they both look good, but just like different people.

 

I like his old design a bit better but I still like his new one too!

^ He very well may be. Especially if he is voiced by Allen Leech... who has such a cheeky Irish boy accent! The use of that actor and his popularity isn't lost on me.

Solas's new face is a good deal "prettier". Not saying which one I prefer, old or new, but prettier tends to mean "more likely to be romanceable".

I'm thinking Cole/Solas/IB but I had wanted to squeeze Varric in there.  Alas, 99 problems but the elf ain't one.
