I can actually see it working. Ferelden is mad with the Inquisiton and wants to control its power. Rather than disband, the Inquisitor enters into a poltical marriage with the Ferelden king.
Just imagine what would happen if Solas figures that one out. Suddenly, his love is the Queen of Ferelden, pffft. Well it would make searching for the Dread Wolf a LOT easier, at least.
I may be remembering the wrong NPC but couldn't a Warden flirt with Teagan, telling him how handsome he is?... Oh boy!
Also I remember seeing a Tumblr post (I'll look for it and edit later) that said: "Alistair, aged like fine wine. Teagan, aged like moldy cheese."
I haven't seen the final season yet. I probably should.

Second I'd say Sebastian, I don't really understand all the Sebastian hate, mind you I never romanced him. He might be a bit over zealous but he seemed like a decent fellow (and that accent). Although I do think it was irrational for him to march on Kirkwall I understand why he was angry.
Teagan has...changed, but I'm sure when it's not a formal setting he'd start acting like his old self again.

Just to point out - Varric is still in a relationship with Bianca. There's nothing to get over.
I like Sebastian..but the romance was just... blah. I just wish he had kissed her before the big mage/templar battle. She could die and you're not even going to give her a hug? It didn't have to be a passionate kiss, just a nice little "I'll miss you if you die" kiss.

The Office was TOO painful for me to watch. I prefer the American version but only up to a point.

Varric would be fun if I were to go for something more lighthearted. They could still be the best of buds, just with a ring on their fingers for the political gains. It would help Kirkwall most likely, but I doubt that she would have a lot of influence over changing the lives of the elves for the better.
Alistair would be REALLY fun. Complicated, but fun. (Against my canon worldstate, but really freaking cool.) I could write about a lot of things and it would put her into a position where she could do good for the elves and search for Solas on a much larger scale. Sebastian would most likely push her even more into the role of the Herald of Andraste. Gosh I have no idea.

Haha, oops. Yeah, that is awhile to hold onto someone in a relationship like that! But either way, there isn't some biological switch that makes people love only one person at a time. He could fall in love with another person while still loving Bianca and maybe with that new love he'd give up on Bianca.

Yeah. He is very resigned to what is going on and is ok with it. He's a busy bee.
Relationships come in different shapes and sizes and if he's happy whatevs.
But I think my "whatevs" comes from the fact that I was never to interested in romancing him anyway so no loss.
