It does make me wonder who chooses the names for the characters and why. I know they are different games, but still amusing that the same writer has two characters with similar names.

The multiplayer characters being the Inquisiton's top agents make me think of this:

I think the brown eyes were a bug. Those were released around the same time as Solas and Leliana had brown eyes.

@Pogo88:  ♡ I'm US Eastern time.  It's hard to say when I'll be around when the game comes out but right now it looks like midday is not out of question. 

 

In DAO, before the Landsmeet, you could have your companions rescue you if you failed against/or surrendered to Ser Cauthrien. It let to some of my favourite dialogs, if you chose the option to be rescued by your companions.

 

I vote for a Solas savior! 

 

Yeah, there's a precedent for it in DAO that I was also thinking of when I suggested it (just did this with my lady Cousland although she broke out on her own).

 

At least I'm not alone in thinking it would be neat.

he said IB is the guy he wanted to create a (male? can't remember, I was still out of cofee when I read it) dwarf just to romance him. so maybe is not IB the Li he was referring to...

My mad detective Skillz say Solas. No bias, whatsoever.

 

Also, regarding those new screens - I really love Solas' face. That is all. I'm actually surprised how attractive Blackwall is. I guess it goes to show we haven't actually been shown his face clearly. But, I still don't know enough about him to be anything more than curious at his point. So far he just seems a bit too 'everyman' (or the Thedas equivalent) for my tastes.

Sounds like fun   Reminds me of my first ME run... I hadn't really played any shooters other than Fallout 3/NV (which I was actually okay at) and chose 'Infiltrator' because it sounded cool and I didn't really get what biotics were. And all the in-game characters were calling me this great soldier... I was like 'Clearly you weren't watching!' I played a Vanguard my second time... apparently moving things with my mind and punching people is more my forte than actual aiming.

I still haven't played ME but it soothed my mind to hear I don't have to be good at aiming. I guess I'll never play a soldier in that game xD

 

And I'm pretty sure I read that there won't be friendly fire in DAMP.
