That's a great idea! I made a similar theory a few days ago, but no one commented on that.
Solas mentions being able to "reshape reality" with the Fade, so I thought what if he simply reshaped the Crossroads with the Fade, or shaped a new reality beyond the Veil with the Fade, so there will be a new realm where elves can live connected to the Fade without destroying this world for other races to make room for Elvhenan 2.
Then again, I didn't think about simply reconnecting the Crossroads to the Fade to restore all the wonders that crumbled when severed from the Fade. I think that would be an ideal compromise.
Sorry, I didn't see your post! This thread is too damn fast.
I don't think Crossroads+Fade is going to be perfect either. At the very least, bringing down the Veil inside the Crossroads would probably wreak havoc on the eluvian network. Blight can corrupt an eluvian; I don't think raw chaotic magic will be very good for them either. But maybe since the Crossroads are closer to the Fade, the difference between having the Veil and not having the Veil wouldn't be as cataclysmic? I dunno.
I'm late to the Lavellan sharing party! i am so bad for always making really young looking, smooth skinned, pretty characters. I try to go with making a more natural and realistic character. But it never happens, lol. Even my Adaars.
My bestest most favoritist Inquisitor:
Your Lavellan is adorbs
And I once installed a mod in Skyrim so I could literally be the prettiest princess. I don't remember what mod it was, but it only applied to the PC. Everyone else still looked like potato-heads
I'm too lazy IRL to bother most of the time, but video games definitely bring out my vanity.
