No, unfortunately I went on his Twitter to look for the tweet to reference, and found out that afterwards he tweeted it was 'a personal novel', not Dragon Age.

Sorry, guys. I should think before I post, but insomnia/sleep deprivation has been bugging me again.

Yeah, Celene is excellent in her first few chapters - I found myself warming to her despite my Loghain-esque utter disdain of anything Orlesian. It, uh... well. You'll see, soon enough.

So... I think the key to finding out Solas' plans is to go into the fade and look for memories. If we can find Felassan's memories, that would give us a lot of information.
