On this note, the redemption, "what I'm doing is wrong" realization scene (and it WILL come, I have faith) has the potential to be fricking amazing. With full next gen capability and those careful expressions and body language they always give Solas. And GDL's top tier voice acting. It'll be awesome and probably heartbreaking. We'd get to watch Solas all but fall apart to be able to build himself back up again, if he can.

 

It will be the next rise of the blanket fort. It will shine in all its glory once again. And then we shall be able to wave the team optimism flag, hopefully.

Usually I agree, but after so many games where we have to play therapist and comforter to our companions and bail them out of trouble or be the guiding light in their personal quest... it's nice to see them try and save you for once. Who here didn't like the jailbreak scene in DAO?

I liked DA2s too!

I have the wonderful ability to judge gifs and characters as stand-alone things, haha.

Also, and I've said this before, I REALLY want to see Solas' cool, red-eyed, huge, Pride demon-y black wolf form. They've shown it so many times in various things, how can they not gloriously render it in game? He'd totally say something cool before transforming, too.

I don't see why it's so far-fetched!

Say something happens (like Mythal forces Well drinker to release the Evanuris for murdery purposes) and Lavellan is there (she was my Well drinker) Andruil goes to shoot her and Solas grabs her and throws both of them into the nearest Eluvian, which he proceeds to breaks after rushing through.

 

This, or the way around with Lavellan saving Solas in this senario and then nurses him back to health. He was already Lavellan's healer when she got the mark, now its her turn. 

 

But what I really want is Lavellan in shinning armor riding on the back of Solas's wolf form as the ride into battle. She ride him into battle against all the evil Creators, make the world a better place, and ride him all through out the night.

I've always stated that this makes me sad, and it does. I hope it never comes to this. I prefer to think of this as more of a state of mind/disposition than actual shapeshifting. Like how the romance card has a serene white wolf and everyone else gets Solas off on his terrible plan multi-eyed black wolf.

Can he actually transform into it? I got the impression that it was more of artistic symbolism for his struggle and propaganda by the other Evanuris.

... I think I'm going to try and play the "doom and gloom" world-state in the next game just to see how far they'd go with this "dark" thingy going on here... Research I mean! I mean research!!

Really? I've always imagined he could shapeshift, like Flemythal could turn into a dragon. It's possible he could turn into both big scary wolf and normal wolf. I just really think the big black wolf would be awesome to see in game. I kiiiiind of want to fight it. It's not any more sad than Flemeth's dragon transition to me, just really bada**!

 

It's entirely possible, and maybe more likely, that it's just representative and he can't shapeshift. I just think wolves are awesome and I hope he actually does have a wolf form!

Hook is hawt, I agree! Probably only adds to my dislike of her though. All these hawt guys chasing after her because "OH LOOK MAIN CHARACTER" instead of actual reasons. I'll get this all out of my system in one go. I find Emma to be an unsympathetic and thoroughly frustrating character. She seems to do nothing but complain and it doesn't help that she delivers her lines like she's passing a kidney stone. Also I hate the anti-adoption message thrown out in the series.

(Out of likes) ^ Yeah.. I can see that. I kind of take that show not-seriously because it's ridiculous but I like the Fairy-tale twists and interactions.  I kind of just headcanon better dialogue and stuff. XD
