Oh my god, I've never really watched through all the options for a negative approval Inquisitor confronting Solas (my Darkest Timeline playthrough is still in the works). But when you ask him why he bothered to help with the Qunari, after he's done being all 'suffering of innocents blah blah' he pauses a bit and is just like 'Also the Qunari offended me.'

 

Oh my god Solas.

 

'Why did you help?'

'Because, of all the gremlins, I hate those ones the most.'

 

It would be great if Solas (or his agents) continued to harass the Qun in DA4. I could picture the next protagonist learning about it in a side quest.

Yeah, especially since the epilogue slides (if I remember correctly) talked about the Qunari redoubling their efforts against Tevinter.

 

It's kind of sad, reminds me of the conversation you can have with a high approval Sten where he says he never has to meet you on the battlefield. :(

My brother is all about the shooters. *sigh*

At least my housemate loves DA, if only she'd hurry up and finish the game. I keep having to be weirdly evasive about Solas.

The other day she was like 'Man, Morrigan thinking she's more qualified to drink from the well than Solas is hilarious. He's obviously smarter and older than her.'
To which I was like '... yeah, he's probably in his 40s or something.'
Then she turns around with 'I guess, but I figured he was older than most people anyway. Like he had a slightly longer life span or something.'

I just had to awkwardly hedge with 'haha...ha... Maybe?' *tries to be cool and non-suspicious looking*

At least his kadan is off looking for a cure to the Calling.  She seems to be in the far west of Thedas, so hopefully they won't ever meet on the field of battle.

 

Though if they did, my Warden would do her best to disable rather than kill.  She's got a bunch of cold spells, I'm sure she could just freeze his feet to the ground, grin, and walk away with both of them still alive.

I've been considering getting the Skyrim legendary edition for PC. I have the vanilla game on my 360, but that old boy is dying. Are the DLC worth the cost?

(No one can dissuade me from Dragonborn. My boy Neloth is apparently still hanging around. B) )

I dunno (I mean, in one you can adopt Children... And also you can be a vampire). I'm not sure about the rest. And I'm playing a Imperal. They're perfect for Warrior Mages and for killing Dragons. However, I love Solas (he and my Lavellen are both fade nerds... I hope that she doesn't fade away... The poor thing, being dumped yet again. Go find Zevran or Cullen or Dorian, they'll help you) I can't decide whom she'll have her little thing with! Cullen or Zevran?

If speeding up development is done through manipulating time, so that it flows faster for the fetus (and potentially you) compared to the outside world, I see no threat to the fetus. All stages of development would be exactly the same. 

 

The way I imagine shapeshifting, it has to have the stages of a transmutation in FMA. First you "scan" your body to determine your structure and status at the present time, and only then you start making changes. So you will be able to sense you're pregnant and change accordingly. 

 

It's totally possible to get pregnant while shapeshifting! Only the sperm and the egg need to remain elven, the rest of the two bodies can change into, say... two wolves. Then after the mating, the sperm will take some time to travel and meet the egg, and the egg will take some time to travel and implant into the uterine wall, etc., so you have all that time to change back into an elf. Happy Solavellan smut Saturday, everyone!

Yeah, after years of trying to get them to play my games I've finally given up hope that they'll ever put things like "plot" and "character development" and "story driven" over mere "shootiness".

I haven't played Skyrim in forever! Good game! I have this weird hoarder fetish with games like that... all of my houses were always covered in decorations of precious gems, statues of Dibella, troll skulls, and all other sorts of odds and ends. Course better than my dark period through Oblivion where I had a house decorated with Mother's head and other little nasties (and Morrowind where I had a serious candle problem)!

Oh Bethesda, you and BioWare will forever have a special place in my heart!

I love the way Alix says "Allergic to halla?" but my goodness do I struggle to decide on which response when Solas gives me that lovely snark!

Nonsense, there are no efforts against the south. All those failed attempts to take over are rogue elements that acted with no approval from the triumvirate! We disavow them, their actions, and all the resources they somehow got!
