Haha no. My canon has Alistair joint ruling with Anora and my Alistair romance had Alistair sacrifice himself. Which I had no idea he would do that against my Warden's wishes and it killed us! Seriously, I was in shock. How dare this stupid game character make a decision that goes against my wishes! Semira was prepared to die! I WAS PREPARED FOR HER TO DIE! A SELFLESS SACRIFICE TO END HER NOBLE JOURNEY! HOW DARE YOU DEFY ME ALISTAIR!

 

Edit: I think I may have one play through with him as a Warden, but I'm not particularly attached to that Hawke.

Just finished catching up to the thread and I see everyone's talking about eye colors.

 

I'm Asian so my eyes are pretty much dark brown, almost black. (Which I find kind of boring tbh.)   I'm a sucker for blue eyes (and blue is my favorite color) and green eyes so I don't think I've ever had a PC with brown eyes (except maybe my Human Ranger in GW2). My Mahariel has amber eyes, Hawke has ice-blue eyes, and my Lavellan has blue-green eyes. I like my Shepard's eye color the best. It's kind of a blueish purple color which I find so pretty!

I don't usually make my PCs have brown eyes, since everyone around me has brown eyes but maybe I'll make my next DA PC have brown eyes.

I know. But Hawke has such a nice face, it's easy to make a nice looking Hawke. My Canon was a Female Cousland that married him and used the DA. My Amell/Alistair are both Wardens. After looking at screenshots on Tumblr where Solas is wearing a hood and his ears are sticking out, I've come to realize that his tarot card was drawn that way not to show he is in fact an elf, but to teach us to be all right with the terrible clipping that results.

Cole's primary motivation as a compassion spirit is to ease others' pain.  It's not to save lives on a much larger scale.  He keeps secrets for Solas because he knows that telling the secrets to Lavellan will cause both of them great pain, and he doesn't want to do that.  As human or as spirit, Cole doesn't comprehend the idea of both helping someone and hurting them with the same action.  

There is this yes and the "fact" that Cole cant really read other's minds unless they really need him or so he says when we ask him about it,right?

So he may see only the "good" side of Solas that is reaching out and not actually the "bad" one maybe?I'm pretty sure he says that he is sry when he kills people cuz it's harder when he knows they can change,but he will kill them if they do harm.

The story I'm actually working on may include my Lavellan's birthday, sort of, only she's turning 17 and I am definitely past 17.
