First off, thank you for putting that link on the first page.   I came back after dinner and logged into the official site and for some reason, over here it still isn't showing the character profile, only the resume on the character section.    Now I've read it and isn't he awesome!   It's just what I was hoping.   He likes Cole and understands him.   Brilliant.   You can take him places and he can get the history in his trance from the memories of those who were there.   My dream come true.   Now all they have to do is to confirm him as a romance and it will be perfect.

I'm happy he still has his little backpack in some shots! And the pic without proper shoes, I like that look for him too.

 

His new features seem to be sharper and more elvish, less human. I like that.

He's probably going to be a bit socially awkward from having spent most of his life on his own, which will most likely be really adorable. It will probably remind me of myself, too. I would love it if he were a love interest, but from the interview I thought of two things.

 

Solas is open-minded so that might make him bisexual

 

Or

 

Solas' first and only love is the fade, making him unable to romance.
