Yeah... I've stopped playing regularly after I basically done everything in the game and only got left with group activities - sadly, my Internet is pretty crappy (the fiberglass - edit: fiber-optic, GAWD! - cable has apparently already been buried all across the village, but I have no idea when I'd have access to anything other than what I have now), which means that I couldn't really participate in my raiding guild as much as I wanted... I wonder if it's still active? Oh well, at least my RP guild should still be relatively active They should give us pointers what to do to level to VR16 and so on.

there are lots of new people on consoles too, but I don't think the community is as big or fully formed. I know some people that play on console though. It's a pretty fun game. I really recommend it

About online gaming.. I've been wanting to explore the multiplayer on Inquisition but I'm way too scared to get put into a group with randoms (even though I used to raid on WoW), I'm but a lowly level 4 archer in multiplayer Inquisition.
I'm yet to download the other pack too, since we went over our internet cap this month .

I play mp on xbox one. It's pretty fun. got a lvl 19 keeper who's my favorite. It can get pretty intense though, depending on the level of difficulty you play on. But, overall, it's really fun

Hi all! I think I got everyone, but thanks so much for the birthday wishes. I am finally home after 17 hours in the car, and am about to crash, but I went to Florida to Disney World for all who asked. ♡
I think the first PC game I ever played and really got in to was Myst. I had always played consoles before that.
But Myst changed my gaming world.
And it's such a simple game. Walk around and look at cool stuff and solve puzzles. But I thought it was boss and after that I slowly drifted away from consoles and into the land of PC gaming.
I grew up gaming, mostly on console because that's what we had. I was raised by my mom, and we were pretty poor since she only has disability income. It was Mom who picked up gaming first, and of course, I wanted to try, so I had my own games from around 3-onward. She still loves games, though these days she mostly plays on her iPad. My mom and i shared games together for quite some time. We used to go to game stores or for rentals together, and often play together. I did play with other kids, including my cousins, and aunts (my mom's youngest sister is 8 years older than me), but my mom and I had a lot of favorites.
The first PC game I remember truly getting super into was The Longest Journey. If anyone hasn't played The Longest Journey and the Dreamfall games, go buy and play them. I have to continue Dreamfall Chapters (I was a Kickstarter backer) but I think I'm just waiting for it to be complete before I do.
Great Idea: Get Morrigan, Solas, Iron Lady, and Sera on an isolated island and behold the snark. Who kill who first?
So this is where DAI came along. It was supposed to be for my husband. I remember working on something on my laptop and sitting by his side while he was playing, and then Cole's first scene is Skyhold came up. The entire scene and Cole's character seemed so well-done and interesting. It caught my attention and I thought, "Hey, this game has some really deep story to it." I decided to try it and ultimtely ended in Solavellan hell
What I learned is that games, if done well, are a very unique medium that can combine almost any type of creative content - writing and storytelling, music, art, animation. I truly think DAI with apocalypse boyfriend is one of the masterpieces of human creativity, and should be more widely known. And it inspired me to write for the first time in close to a decade. Ultimately, I think I'm a richer person on the inside for playing it.
So a big apology on behalf of the crowd who scoffs at gaming. I was wrong.

I am also on PC just sent a pm with info to you. I have been out of the game for awhile mainly due to lack of time and the fact my internet is Charter meaning that I pay for high speed internet at 25 mbps and get 7 mbps max speed. My AD character is lower level but is a archer based on my Warden, my DC toon is my Adaar from DAI (Orc) and a two handed warrior, my EP character is a Khaajiit I use for guild events.
