Well, my favorite dumb choice of my first PT was: It says here it's a mage's punishment, let's make Erimond Tranquil. What?! Why does everyone hate me? 

 

Oh, and for extra impact, I was playing a mage as usual.

 

You actually only get that option as mage.

 

At least you can claim innocence.  I made that decision with Adaar, knowing perfectly well what it meant.  This was after allying with the mages at Redcliffe.  Oops

 

I am glad, at least, that the game called me out on it.

 

I took it as Lavellan and had no regrets.  Even Cole couldn't find anything redeeming in the man.

 

I just realized I've kept a series of dirty elvhen phrase and their translation, so I'm all set for writing smut it would seem

Guys I have to whine a little.

I was so close to finally finishing my damned bachelor degree and now it appears I have to wait one more semester. That may not sound too bad, but see, I am already late as it is. I should have finished last winter's term but I couldn't because I was missing credits from a course that I had to take in third or fourth semester. In third semester there was no course that interested me so I chose to wait for the next term. I signed up for a course then, but the lecturer send me a message saying that I cannot participate, since the course is only for people who had taken it in third semester. The other courses were already full, too. The next term was for internships only, so I could not take any courses and had to work full-time instead. Then things happened and I started to think about dropping out of college. I don't want to go into too much detail here, but let's just say I had a hard time and no interest in doing anything anymore, especially thinking about things concerning my future.

 

Sorry for my ranting, I'm somewhat upset and there's no one I can talk to right now.

 

I know how you feel. I have been working on mine since 2012. I should have finished in May of this year but due to mistakes made by an adviser I took two classes I didn't need because they told me they were pre-reqs I needed. Then I found out they recommended the wrong pre-reqs and the classes I did take I had already taken an equivalent course that transferred from my other college. So I was another semester taking more pre-reqs to be able to take the courses I needed. Then had real life depression crap in January this year and had to take those classes over. So I have two classes left (aside from this semester) before I can graduate. And my lame adviser had the nerve to send me a reminder e-mail that I have taken all my classes and can graduate this semester. Did you do a degree audit? No? It was obvious so um, thanks for nothing!

 

The same thing happened with my associates, they changed degree requirements while I was in the middle so there was confusion over what classes I actually needed and if the would grandfather in the previous degree requirements or not.

 

This has Solas in it so it's relevant.

 

But here's what I think of when I imagine DA;I with access to the internet.

I don't feel bad for Erimond.  He was a worthless asshat who felt no remorse, so why should I?  But as a player, I do worry about the precedent that Tranquility sets; what does it mean for the mages going forward if you ended the war, then turned right around and imposed the Rite of Tranquility?  IMO the mages have every reason to be upset and frightened by quizzy's actions.

I feel like there should be an option to say to the mages, 'look, have you met the guy?'  Maybe even try and work with Fiona (former Warden and a mage) to deal with the situation that arises from making him Tranquil.  Of the prisoners you can do that to he is the only one I would take that option with (Assquisitor Cadash would take it if she could, but she's a rogue.  Yes, there's a mod that allows non-mages to do it, but I refuse to use anything made by that modder).

 

As for the sequel - this is going to be Alistair giving her rose and then worrying because he accidently pricks her finger and how can you love me?  I AM A MONSTER.

Okay so after hard decision between Assasin and Tempest I chose tempest... for two reasons...

1. I was a duel wielded assassin in DAO

2. I will be having Cole in my team who is an assasin

I liked them both so much. Any advices on archer tempest?

 

For the longest time I went Tempest Archer because I never had Sera on my team and I enjoy the most balance. These days, I go Tempest DW, as it's much more involved and I fall asleep behind my keyboard less, but same principle. C:

 

With the changes to talents in Trespasser, the fire one is really all you'll need all day, every day: take the one that takes cooldowns off your abilities for the most fun. If you find yourself in melee range (which shouldn't happen often unless you don't have a Warrior), the ice one and Leap Shot are good combos to get you away from it quickly. The lightning one is a golden to work with combos and large groups, especially with the talent that deals electric damage once the flask duration is over, but I honestly find myself forgetting to use it more than not.

 

The other talents make using secondary flasks a bonus, so I usually either run around with Antivan Grenades, Bees, or Mighty Offensive (but only once I've upgraded that a few times).

I'm the same way. I lost my main save about 2 weeks or so before Trespasser came out and even though I was rushing to complete the game to be ready for its release, I couldn't stop myself from doing every bit of content (except the collections, like mosaics and bottles), and uncovering as much of the maps as I could, so I only finished when the DLC was out for a week. xD

 

I'm not even a completionist, not really. DA:O had a load of sidequests that needed doing, and I didn't even look at Leliana's Song (still haven't), but with Inquisition even now I'm liek, "IF I DON'T DELIVER THE GOLDEN HALLA I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO REDEEM SOLAS!"

Take a screenshot - smooth the skin, get rid of circles under the eyes and draw hair. That should make for a good basis/reference material
