This actually looks like a pretentious grad student MFA project someone might do to spite (or woo? - Dorian?) grad!Solas.
Dorian, MFA student, has Solas as his muse.
Though Solas is the artist, but whatever.
I microwaved one of my agents for 30 seconds by mistake the other morning. Then it flew right out. WTF.
Ehh, I thought they were supposed to explode?
Fly'harel cast a barrier on his agents?

This sounds like something you should....research. ![]()
Unless by demon army, you're just creating sci-fi mutants. ![]()
Or casting barriers, yes. ![]()
It's really all a matter of perspective...
Later on, you may find the following Trespasser dialogue tree useful:

Edit: Does anyone know who made this so I can give proper credit?
It feels like Assassin's Creed 3 all over again what with the moral perspectives on the apocalypse and whatnot. Granted, I agree with the Templars in AC3's case.
Ok this is a bit off topic, but I think I've found a way to replay the game. I need to make a hot guy to romance Cullen Dorian. Like this hot guy here:
Now the problem is, how do people managed to make such good looking inquisitors? I like the Lavellan in my icon, but I could not remember how to remake her. =(
Edit: I posted this in the wrong thread before. Omg so embarrassing.
If we do have several of us who might try NaNo, we can always set up a group for mutual encouragement. Or if just a couple. that can just go into a group PM.
lets do this thing

The truth of the matter, IMHO, is that we know very little of "his plan". The only thing that we know with certainty is that he wants to remove the Veil, and "bring back the magic." Everything else is subject to interpretation... ![]()

This is in no way proper research, but it has happened to at least one more person, and it seems that our microwave is just old and crappy. Which it is.

Okay, I set up a group really quickly. No frills at the moment.
http://forum.bioware...t-fort-writers/
It's set to unlisted and require admin approval to join just in case but we don't have to leave it on that setting if you all don't want to. But you all know I'm around and will get you ASAP.
We can plan. I kind of need to outline my NaNo novel if I'm going to try actually doing it. I have a loose mental outline and a lot of background but I'd like to do a chapter breakdown.
I may have given up hope on the bioware store releasing a Solas giclee anytime soon. So I finally managed to sort of cobble together a version of Solas's romance tarot card large enough for printing! It isn't perfect [particularly when compared to the giclee], but it doesn't look too badly.
If anyone is interested in the large file, hopefully you can find it here! Not perfect, I'm afraid, but it scales down alright.

That's actually pretty interesting.
If you stick a bunch of ants in you can actually see them all go to these areas
*wonders where this link was when she had ants coming from the garage this spring*
No, I'm not that evil....anymore.
I used to mount ants on slides as a kid.

Well, we can now add "bugs in microwaves" to the list of topics that have been discussed on this thread. ![]()

Huh. The way he explained it definitely sounded like removing the Veil would destroy the world to me. Maybe I'll have to rewatch it. ![]()

You know, I have been looking for something better than the smallish medium res image of this I've had as my tablet background since...January?. This should work!
I'll stick the new groups and links (there's several now) in OP tomorrow ![]()

He thinks it will. The Veil destroyed things going up too. But he says things like "even if it means this world has to die". And he says to a friend that he'd treasure the chance to be proven wrong again. He leaves room in there for hope, doubt, maybe a little uncertainty. He might be assuming that because putting the Veil up created a type of chaos and destruction, destroying it would too.
But I don't see any absolute certainty.
Catching up on the last ten or so pages!
Hello everyone!
Umerue posted another excellent chapter of Trespasser on AO3
If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend that you take a look...ROFL...It's an awesome, IMO, post-Trespasser AU
That last chapter... it wasn't badly written or anything. I think the bleck part was delivered really well, but
.
Brilliant X)
I love Zevran, but he doesn't quite do it for me either. I really do like his story and how he really wants love and acceptance/dedication and is the only one who spends happy adventuring times hanging out with the Warden if romanced. But it just never goes there for me.
Oh.....I hear you.
I hear you.

And to show what it is I'm working on.

Yeah he doubtless had agents even during his time in the Inquisition, including his own spies within it as well. I don't have specifics regarding events at the moment tho sorry.
I think Charter is his though, for one thing.

Please forgive me...I feel like I have to preface everything with IMO\IMHO, so even if I forget, the intention is there... ![]()
If he were speaking literally, intent on "destroying the world", that would be silly/illogical/irrational (of him)...I mean, what would that accomplish? It doesn't seem like something that would be in character for someone who freed the slaves and saved the world at least once already, although he refuses to take any credit for the heroic acts he's performed. I believe he's being his usual grim and fatalistic self and speaking metaphorically or figuratively as he is wont to do. Death=Change, Change=Death, there will be consequences and fallout as a result of removing the Veil, but those cannot be avoided. It is my fond hope that we can help to remove the Veil while minimizing the potential negative consequences...
As far as Sandal's prophecy goes, I think (and hope) it will happen eventually, one way or the other. That will be "the end of Thedas as we know it", and will open up a whole new world of possibilities.

Josephine is adorable but too much like me. I've been considering going for Merrill in my on-hiatus casual replay but I had Hawke flirt with Anders again so far. We'll see about Merrill later as I left her behind a lot since I still had Bethany where I last left off. I have a "blonde mayhem" Seramance planned but I went for change of pace and made mage boyfriend for Cassandra first. Not interested in Bull, Blackwall, Cullen's is super sweet but eh.

When all those shows we watched as children told us "Your imaginations can take you anywhere" I really don't think they meant this. ![]()
I needed all these laughs today! It's been stressful on my end lately. Thanks for being awesome and silly, Solas thread! ![]()

Josephine and Merrill are just too of a sisterly cutesy relationship for me. Sera is interesting because I have absolutely zero attraction to her or her romance, so much so that I think I'd even have trouble roleplaying a character that's interested in a relationship with her. I like her character, but hmm, it would be like me wanting to romance Oghren. She's a cool character though, and I'm glad people enjoy her romance as much as they do. Eventually I'll make an archer Lavellan for Cassandra. I just haven't gotten around to it (too busy replaying Trespasser with Solas romance Lavellan!).
I liked Bull's romance a lot, Cullen's too, but I knew I'd like his from the start. It's a good thing I had Solas or else I'd really struggle to decide which romance I wanted to make canon.
