Hahaha. TEA PARTY. I have like 45 different types of loose tea in my cupboard right now. My favourites for the past while have been:

REAL Masala Chai (I emphasize 'real' because there are a number of impostors)
Coconut Oolong

The above must have milk or cream to fill out the flavour, though...

Yummm. Now I want tea. But I can't. Because I need sleep.
 

 

With them saying there are hints in artwork and stuff, I try to study everything. lol Passes time till DA4 anyway.

I was introduced to chai by Pakistani friends. I almost hate them for it because it caused me to have a ridiculously high standard for the stuff.

Like, I will drink crap coffee if it will see me through the day.

Not my chai though. What we have is too special.

Most people like London for the shops. Not me. For me it's all about the chai -- so easy to get my hands on the stuff there.

Excuse the weird formatting.. I made this post on the lore thread, thought some of you might like your lore brains entertained: 

I saw on reddit someone theorizing Solas as the sun (metaphorically in the fade, mosaics and myths).


Hypothetically, this could mean all sorts of things. All sorts.
•Solas becoming jealous of the physical manifestations of the elves after creating them with help from the land,
•Elgar'nan bringing him down into the void and possibly corrupting him / his nature,
•Mythal soothing Elgar'nan so he would release him,
•Solas being important to the black city (trespasser mosaic),
•Elgar'nan is his first child of the physical world.

It's pretty far out, but interesting to think on. What would that mean for the future? He would have to do something to himself to release the evanuris. Maybe he had something to do with the Maker (sun) cults that wanted to destroy the veil and world by fire.

This reminds me of time when Solas glitched and tried to cast Barrier, but since we were out of fight, he kept repeating that first part of casting animation (rising hand and lowering, rising and lowering). Then, when Dorian started to move away, he started to follow him while still doing those casting movements (I think Dorian was his target). I wanted to make video, but I laughed too hard.

 

I got bored the other day and did quick sketch of my Lavellan, Faye.

Most people like London for the shops. Not me. For me it's all about the chai -- so easy to get my hands on the stuff there.

 

I should count how many different types of tea I have. It's....a lot. I'm also very particular how I take each tea type or flavor. Black teas, milk always.

 

One time I was walking along in Manhattan talking to my boyfriend on the phone when I said to him "Oh, tea shop. I'll call you back in 10 minutes". Came out with four new varieties.

 

I'm also glad we have a market around here that has a very, very large selection of teas, loose and bagged, with all sorts of brands and every variety you could want.

 

My friend and I have sent tea to each other through international mail. She's from London but currently lives in Holland, so she sends me things I could never get and I've sent her similar.

Can I just re emphasize the fact that I think it's great so many Solas fans love tea?

 

I mean, it's tea. I've always thought tea to be like.....the drink of the world or something.....but I do wonder what Solas would have to say about this.

 

I bet all of his agents love tea and it drives him mad that he has to keeps their food stores supplied with it.
