It's really something the thoughts that go through your head thanks to fandom.

 

Going from shorts to pants just now, annoyed that my pants are dragging on the ground. I'm not short. I know some inseams are longer to allow for heels, but these are yoga pants, so not designed for that. Ah, must be the weight I've lost since last pants season.

 

So my mind went to, well, I know in DA times, they would've made clothes for people, but if you have a Lavellan or a Cadash suddenly appearing post-Conclave, obviously clothed, but you wouldn't have appropriately measured garments for them right away, so I imagine Lavellan walking around with draggy pants before they could make her proper garments

 

Why? I don't know, but I think you can all relate to the randomness.

A time back when some friends and I would go bowling regularly, we would use the names of our D&D characters from whatever campaign we were playing rather than our real names. Got some interesting looks when people passed by and saw them up on the monitor. It was always, always worth it, especially when the "half-orc" was along.

 

For the matter, it'd be fun seeing them try to spell "Lavellan" on a coffee cup...

 

The result was... interesting.  Wish I'd taken a picture of it.

Can I just re emphasize the fact that I think it's great so many Solas fans love tea?

 

I mean, it's tea. I've always thought tea to be like.....the drink of the world or something.....but I do wonder what Solas would have to say about this.

 

I bet all of his agents love tea and it drives him mad that he has to keeps their food stores supplied with it.

 

I bet it has nothing to do with being a stimulant and making it harder to get into the Fade...

 

I reckon that at some point while he was planning the slave rebellion, someone drank the last of the good Darjeeling before he could get to it. Solas then had a slight overreaction about the entire affair and decided to ban tea from any and all future meetings.

 

So naturally, his agents now covertly drink it themselves, as their own passive-aggressive form of rebellion against him being a stick-in-the-mud.

So what did I look(?) like?

 

I posted back after that but everything was really mostly intuitive and impressions. I sort of felt who you each were, and our interactions. Visually, it was soft, and a bit like the photos in LiS, where they have an abstract, impressionist quality to them over details.

 

It was like a trip to the Fade. (I imagine.)

I love the idea that Cadash, Lavellan and Adaar all have to deal with clothes that are way too small or extremely baggy for them.

 

Would finally explain away why our Inquisitor has a fondness for a lot of buckles, ridiculously large gauntless and oversized boots, because they were designed to keep everything baggy securely fastened or tucked in. Or in the case of Adaar, hide how both their sleeves and trouserlegs are way too short for them and they have a bit of a gap between their hands and feet!
