Oh man. I am so-so on beards but he looks so, sooo much better without it.

 

Is Blackwall happy if he's not a Grey Warden?  I haven't played Trespasser yet so I don't know.  I want the guy to be happy. I want to shave his beard and make him happy. :-P

 

Yeah, I'd say so. He's definitely at peace with himself. He tracks down the soldiers that were under his command and apologises to them, and spends the rest of his life trying to do better. I think given all the horrible things we know about what being a warden entails: horrific nightmares, shortened life span, a life dedicated to fighting a merciless group of monsters which will probably kill you sooner, in an organisation which clearly has some corruption problems, I feel like it's probably the better decision to let Rainier try and redeem himself without martyring himself. I think it's good that he has an option to become a better person whilst embracing his past mistakes.

I am writing this new chapter. I stated earlier how even just a few paragraphs in I was like "Oh my, they would already be naked. Well, good that's out of the way then."

 

And now I have hit a point where logic dictates that they go at it again.

I can't decide what to do now. The point of the chapter is to accomplish one thing, but now I'm sitting here like "Well, damn I'm going to have to find a way to just glaze over a paragraph of sex because I have apparently put  two 'rabbits'(lawl, see what I did there) in the same room together."

That's got most of my digital art and a few sketches tossed in if anyone's interested.

 

Also if any of you have deviant art accounts, I'll gladly follow.

And now I've reach another new point in all of this.

 

Not so many days ago I was having the trouble of setting up 'kissing' so to speak and all that. And have it all make sense over an entire chapter.

 

Now, I'm having trouble keeping it all to one paragraph.

I would go with DeviantArt over Tumblr, if I were you. I think the community is better and you may be able to get more feedback from other artists (if that's something you're interested in). Theft is pretty rampant on Tumblr too (not that it doesn't happen elsewhere, but in my experience it seems to be the worst there).

To me, it's ironic that you got this advice on reddit

 

Most artists have both deviantart and tumblr from what I've seen in the fandom, but no experience with art, so...

tumblr can get pretty dangerous, not gonna lie. It's seems there's a lot more opinionated responses than constructive criticism. If you're only in it for the art, I would stick to Deviantart until you feel confident enough in your work to deal with all types of criticism. Just my take on the situation

Many people watermark anyway, because art is one of those things people will repost without credit on Tumblr instead of just reblogging it from the source or somewhere else that reblogged it (since that includes the source).

 

A lot of artists have both for ease of sharing (Tumblr) and for better display (DA). Tumblr does do the weird resizing thing and ruins the quality, or so I've read a lot.

I keep hearing people mention this thing called "NaNo" and it seems to be a writing contest? What is it exactly? It seems really interesting and I feel out of the loop ;-;
