Oh, yes, let's do some "I called it" posts. Because:

 

It's been my theory of choice that Solas was the one who created the veil and a side effect was that the elvhen lost their immortality and diminished their strength -----> Elvhenan fell -------> Tevinter came and conquered what was left. I think he did it to protect the elvhen from the gods, who drew their power from the Fade and owned the regular elvhen as slaves. I'm maybe 70% sure in this.

 

If I speculate further, I think he used to be a slave himself but somehow found a way to break free and free others, hence his rebel persona. I'm maybe 30% sure in this.

That's sort of it with creative expression, isn't it? The more we don't think about it and just do it, sometimes that gives us no time for the critical voice inside our heads to make us worry and doubtful.
 
It's also an added bonus when you make someone happy with it.

You guys doing the 'make Fern feel good' thing again . Thanks though, it really helps me to hear what you guys think. It's basically just you guys and my in-laws that I share my art with.
 

I never really use the horses, maybe occasionally in the Hissing Wastes, but even there I go mainly on foot. I always worry I'll miss something and want every chance to trigger banter.

 
Neither but I really like the mounts and the way they animated them. I'm a stickler for horse animation since I ride them.

I'm too pale for dark hair color, and I don't really think "gothic" look is one that is for me - I prefer something neutral (or, ahem... 'faded' ), but with a few strong accents or contrasts here and there.

 
Dark hair on fair skin is my favorite combination, it doesn't have to look goth!

I was under the impression you guys were continuously drunk 24/7, the truly hardcore. I mean, every time I've popped into the drinkquisition thread I've had two simultaneous thoughts: 'I have absolutely no idea what's going on here', and, 'I have absolutely no idea what's going on here and it's brilliant.'

I feel so very, very odd when my hair isn't what other people would tend to consider very long. Even right now, it's shorter than I would like (even disregarding all of the choppy layers) and still falls nearly mid-back at the longest part. It was waist-length before I cut it and that felt right. I'm just under 5'6" so you can imagine how much hair that was. I'm not myself unless I look like a Disney princess, I guess.

 

This is also why dyeing it would require a lot of certainty - or be limited to streaks I can dye back and blend in.

We had a bad lice case one of my kids brought from school. Had to cut my butt long hair over my shoulder. Still hurts,  and I am back under my shoulderblades now. I feel ya!

I love Noragami it's one of the few mangas I've read because I liked the anime so much.

Confession time. I only use my mounts when I want to jump of ledges and other heights so I won't die   My mystical undying hart has taken me down many a mountain side.

 

I just loaded a save from the well of sorrows, because there's a lot of hinterland between me and that in my current playthrough, and my goodness do Morrigan and Solas get on my nerve during that mission. I'd completely forgotten!

 

I've always had a love hate relationship with Morrigan so her being a pain was no great surprise, but Solas! He pretty much only speaks in ancient Elvhen and refuses to tell you anything! Damnit Solas, why must you be so unhelpful?

I thought their banter was priceless   I would pay to see them interact again. What do you think Morrigan's reaction to Solas apparently murder power stealing Flemeth would be?

I'm of the opinion that if Solas were to succeed with his plans Morrigan would survive by going into the Crossroads and finding a safe place. 

 

I miss my Skyrim horse.  She and I scaled moutains together, and once glitched our way past one of the toughest dungeons in the game to get one of the game breaker Storm Call words.

My Skyrim horse was too heroic for his own good. Stupid horse thought he could fight dragons. I lost too many hours having to reload saves to revive him and Meeko -.-

I think the post for this said that Cullen is based off of Beast, so you are spot on.

 

Though yeah.....I don't think Cullen spent ten years as a crazy animal hybrid that hated everything.
