Thedas has two moons? How come the moons are barely mentioned in the codices or in dialogue?

I thinks it's just not that important, or at least the characters don't think so, in the sense that how often are you going to say something like 'and the moon, of which there is only one, is very bright this evening.'

I suspect it was just thrown in way back in the day as a neat thing that wasn't especially lore related. Or perhaps a measure to emphasis Thedas' other-ness? They haven't brought it up much either way.

The main theory is that Jowan screwed up and that's why there's only one moon now.

So you avoided the  <3 options :D did your Lavellan still call Solas Vhenan, that you recall? :P Did they kiss? Who was the first one to show that he/she still loved the other?

I know it's a stupid question, and not even that important, but for some reason it's bugging me!!!!

Still got the vhenans etc. The dialogue is exactly the same.

The only way you avoid romantic dialogue in the final scene of Trespasser, if you were locked into a Solas romance in DA:I, is by choosing the broken heart icon response as soon as he mentions 'what was the old dalish saying? may the dread wolf take you? [sound of hearts breaking]', at which point you'll have a high friendship conversation.

In my own case, I think I responded, 'and so he did' (the 'sad' icon, titled 'yes, ironically'). He still called me vhenan a bunch of times. Saved him at the end, still got the Var Lath VIR SULEDIIIN dialogue, the final arm-stealing kiss, etc.

It's Tuchunka. DA4 will feature the Qunari-Krogan war and an epic Dragon vs Thresher Maw showdown.

My Shep kept Wrex and Eve alive, and cured the genophage. I am somehow ok with a horde of krogan descending on the qunari.

Also, unless it's one of the Old Gods we're talking about, Kalros totally wins :P

Kalros: Ghilinain's greatest achievement, or her inspiration?

And the Krogan have the perfect 'war and chaos because these things are awesome!' attitude to really get on the the Qunari's badside.

The Krogan would annihilate the Qunari whilst really pissing them off at the same time.

Let's be honest - the Qunari are the Turian Hierarchy of the DA universe, even if they fit the 'massive, strong, appear very scary, supposedly inherently brutal' type of race that the Krogan also do. Being trounced by the Krogan is as much an insult as it is a devastating loss to them.

I bet the Krogan would also be totally chill with the discovery of extended biotic powers magic and hallocinogenic power eezo compounds lyrium, like, oh cool, we shoot fireballs now as WELL AS guns. None of this templars n' chantry religious crap.

They'd probably massively improve things, especially if Wrex & Eve are at the helm.

Which says something about how f***ed up Thedas is already. Introducing 800 lb badass lizard people with redundant organ systems, blood rage, and centuries-long lifespans can only make things better

Also, now I want to see Wrex and quizzy "infiltrating" Halamshiral

Oh yeah, it's not even a competition. Magic is powerful and deadly, but so are long range missiles. And a krogan mage would be a hilariously dangerous disaster that they'd probably be totally okay with. As Wrex said 'you don't put down a gun just because it has some kick' about the early biotic implants that drove humans crazy and sent them on devastating murder sprees.

Though I'd like to see Eve give Solas a glower of disapproval. Extinction is no joke, Fen'Harel, let me tell you why.

I'm now imagining Wrex at every stage of Inquisition. It's glorious. Wrex being all 'well ****, what have I gotten myself into?' after the conclave goes off. Wrex whining about how you princesses need to deal with a real world-ending threat (like the reapers), none of this hole-in-the-sky crap. Wrex plotting pranks with Sera or sparring with Iron Bull or getting along eerily well with Varric until he decides to pick him up to mess with him (Wrex, no.) Wrex gaining magic and shooting fireballs and not really giving any cares either way. Wrex performing shield bash on walls via headbutt. Wrex performing shield bash on enemies via. headbutt. Wrex headbutting chancellor Roderick. Wrex headbutting Corypheus. Wrex headbutting Solas (after Trespasser, of course - before, his opinion would be 'weird, but probably not wrong').

It's so good.

When Solas was talking about Spirits back in Haven, his explanations about why spirits are people too are so passionate but intelligent.  My Adaar was skeptical so I got some slight disapprovals but he was really good at convincing me to change my views on spirits.  Until this point, I've always viewed the spirits as lesser because they are so easily swayed by mortals and can turn into demons quite easily.  This was my defence but Solas countered this quite logically.  I was humbled.  Not Adaar.  But me IRL.  I didn't realise I was being a speciest.  I just thought that if there were sentient beings IRL similar to Cole, I shouldn't think that they are lesser than humans.

This is why when Cole's personal quest came up, it was very easy for me to choose to make him even more of a Spirit.  Plus, I think Thedas needs more Spirits of Compassion rather than another human.

Did Solas have this kind of impact on you?  Has he made you reconsider your world view IRL?

Actually, I've had a thought - I bet the writers would put all the insightful, intriguing banters about the genophage and racism with Solas.

Firstly, because Solas would probably have some quite fierce views on it (I imagine he'd think it'd be wholly unethical without qualification and Wrex would possibly thank him for that), they'd also possibly debate the ideas of 'necessary evils' and consequences (Solas obviously believes in smaller sacrifices for greater goods, within reason, Wrex would probably point to the genophage), as well comparing elven and krogan situations (Wrex managed to unite the clans behind a single cause with success; the Dalish in comparison are very scattered with few long-term plans outside of their isolated clans; Wrex would probably suggest that Solas try something like his own strategy to unite them). Secondly, because what Solas proposes in Trespasser would include mass extinction of basically everything, possibly including the Krogan, making the cure of the genophage come to nought, resulting in Wrex being really pissed off. It'd make any friendship they have, and most of Solas' remarks really quite ironic, if not hypocritical.

I really want Wrex as a DA4 companion :(

Wrex is also around a thousand years old, so Solas can't talk down to him. He's not a newborn gremlin messing up Solas' plans, he's a hardened old warrior who has seen plans 'for the good of the galaxy' go really wrong. Also I suspect Solas would be surprised by how thoughtful Wrex is, despite being totally adept at headbutting. He's not some idiot brute who just wants to hit things, he's got spies in the STG for goodness sake.

Wrex for DA4. Make it happen Bioware, it's not like you don't own the rights to him.
