He did do incidental voices in Inquisition. He voiced that elf you meet in front of Elgar'nan's Bastion (if he's still alive), I'm pretty sure.
Taven? He was voiced by Matthew Gravelle, the man who voiced Abelas, Ameridan, and some other NPCs.

I mean if it means they can't ever get back together, I want them to retcon that. So they can reunite lol
clarification: by together, i don't mean happily ever after. like, dying together, or romantic scene, then one of them dies, etc.
Speaking of which, what sort of ending do you guys imagine Solavellan will get?
That implies Solas will only get one possible ending, which I don't think will be the case. Especially since he's involved in the metaplot now. Same with other major recurring characters, like Flemeth and Morrigan.
Basically I look at Origins as a microcosm of what the DA series as a whole will be, and all the companions in Origins could end up in drastically different places (And then get retconned anyway like Leliana.) Granted that might change now that DA's under a new head writer. Weekes might have a different approach to branching endings.
...But I do think there will be at least one ending where he's dead and one ending where's redeemed. It'd be a cop out to give us those options and then railroad us into one or the other.

Oh really? My bad. Looks like I'm in love with Matthew Gravelle's voice though. ![]()

You and me both.
It's wonderful.
Yeah, but I'm talking about details!
Anyone here letting their imagination run wild and thinking of where and how Solas and Lavellan could live together?
Where they could live together? Dunno. A pocket dimension in the Fade, all together with white fence-... I mean, white eluvian leading into it?
Bit more seriously? I imagine them not staying long in one place. Perhaps they would travel a lot?
Yeah, I don't imagine any of my Lavellans and Solas staying in one place, but traveling around if it were a possibility.

Solas is a wanderer who wants to see and experience new things, that he can then study further in the Fade. Lavellan is Dalish, who's time in the Inquisition is probably the longest they've ever spent in one place longer than a few months.
I see Solavellan being more suited to a nomadic life together, rather than settlng down in any one single place for long.
I deeply respect Solas for what he's trying to do to uplift his people, but he's going to a path of a vicious cycle of death and destruction by tearing the Veil and bring back the days of glory to the Elven people. He should forgive himself and see that everything happens for a reason, and he should settle down with the elven Inquisitor. If I were him I just take all the elves and go somewhere where there's no humans, qunari, and dwarves. So I could teach them everything about elven history, knowledge, spirituality, and to insure to never repeat history that brought down the destruction of elven civilization. I wish Solas all the luck in the world.
They are pretty, aren't they?
I love it when artists make her look like <a data-ipb="nomediaparse" data-cke-saved-href="http://dragonage.wik...sion_of_Ghilan"href="http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Codex_entry:_The_Ascension_of_Ghilan" nain"="">someone who likes to create monsters, and meddles like a mad scientist with people's bodies for fun. A lot of Trespasser suggests that ancient elves used to be able to play fast and loose with the form of their bodies, and that Ghilan'nain didn't blink at ripping a person apart to use for her experiments.
Here are a few of my favorite concepts for Ghilly:

On the other hand, Solas seems to consider magic and immortality to be ingrained in what it is to be an elf... so that they've lost both because of him is something he does not want to wish upon the People.
That's probably what irritates him about Sera and what he was hinting at in some of their dialogue, that all elves have the potential for magic but it's been largely quashed by the Veil, including her. Yet her rejection of magic and his attempts to open her up to whatever traces remain (such as asking what she sees in the Breach), seem to cement his belief that these pointy-eared people are not elves anymore, and that he must do a major Ctrl-Z to undo his mistake and return them to who they were.
He wants to tear down the Veil for the People, but he seems to suggest at times that he does not see modern elves as his people, nor had considered them people at all before those like Lavellan (romanced or befriended) showed him otherwise. Yet he cannot extend that same sentiment to Sera, commenting during her romance gift scene that "the way she's been raised, she's no more an elf than I am a horse".
I don't think he hates modern Elves or Sera, he just seems disappointed and heartbroken to see them unable to live up to their potential.

There are a series of codex entries from Trespasser with her symbol on them that almost sound like they're written by a mad scientist. If she is indeed the one who wrote them then she's kinda messed up. She also destroyed a great many of her own creations to become a "god" according to the codex from the Temple of Mythal.
Edit to add: Just because a person likes to create new animal species doesn't make them a good person. She could simply be a more successful version of Dr. Frankenstein.
But he's solely responsible for this that why elves have fallen and they're conquered by the Imperium and enslaving them and stole all their knowledge, history, and magic. I think he just made tough choice out of a very bad situation, and he thought it's the only way to save the elves from the Evanuris by making the Veil to deal them from destroying the world. On the other hand, Solas seems to consider magic and immortality to be ingrained in what it is to be an elf... so that they've lost both because of him is something he does not want to wish upon the People.

The codexes are always an half truth,i still remember what they said about Solas in DAO and depicted him as this uber, malicious being who trapped the Creators for the lulz.

True enough but those codexes are written by other people not the person in question. The series of codexes you find in Trespasser are written by the person themselves. So IF (and yes, big if) they were written by Ghilan'ain then we can infer from her own words what she was like. However, despite Ghilan'ain's symbol being on those codexes I am not entirely sold that they were in fact written by her.
Regardless, we can't assume she was this loving, motherly type because she created a lot of cute and fuzzy animals nor can we assume she was a detached mad scientist type who experimented on living creatures. She could have been both. That actually creeps me out more than the pure mad scientist route.

What's the codex supposedly written by her? And more to the point, I wouldn't exactly take someone's diary entry to be a reliable description. Let's use Solas as an example - just because he would be willing to write "I'm a despicable monster who will kill hundreds of thousands to bring back my vision of a world that may not even be worth restorting, except to assuage my guilt" doesn't mean any of that is a fair description of him.
