I know, but it's not the same teams working on the games anyway, so they would hardly make DA4 any faster because they scrapped the others.  And while we wait we can start outlining a next protagonist for DA4 (assuming there will be a new protagonist of course). I like to make my characters different from each other (except for the sarcasm, I can not make a character that isn't sarcastic!), so I think my next character will be vain and ambitious, not bad but rather self-centered... *gets excited thinking about the next game*... Damn, now I want it now too!    

 

Well, we'll have to look upon it this way - the more successful the next ME and new IP is, the more money they will have to spend on games like DA4!

I honestly wasn't expecting it this soon. I blame his recreational drinking. lol

I also cannot go one single playthrough without being sarcastic. I could never even begin to make any other Hawke than the sarcastiHawke. And I don't know whatever else I will attribute to our next PC. It all depends on who and what we'll be playing as. So sadly I can't yet imagine what I'll go for. Aside from the sarcasm of course.

My one big hope however, is that we'll get to control the Inquisitor too in some shape or form. She's not done with Solas yet, dang it! Some more romance scenes also would be much appreciated from my end...

I'm unconvinced that it was a matter of drinking The guy is responsible for marketing the stuff, so this smells to me like a completely intentional slip-up, made to look unintentional... Which, you know, is a pretty popular marketing trick, especially lately.

I've seen some people saying it's for the new IP, but we already know that Fen'Harel/Solas is associated with wolves and flames, as this lovely shield from Origins will attest:

If this is for DA4, it could be they'll be playing up the Chessmaster aspect of Solas' character in the next game, which might be quite fun if well-executed

Yes, the Tower tarot as well. I knew I was forgetting something. XD

 

It could also have to do with that DA strategy game that they were putting feelers out for a few months ago.

 

edit: Though if it is to do with DA4, it's kind of a relief that it seems to be a direct continuation of DA:I, and will deal with Solas, rather than relegate his movement to the background until DA5. It would be ridiculous for the devs not to capitalize on the, um, feels that most players have over the Trespasser ending as soon as possible.

I checked back..there are almost 700 people watching that goose.  That's..... insane!!!

Yeah, the worst 'offense' I can think of is Briala's bun clipping right through her mask. Still, a lot depends on deisgn of a helmet - plus, the usual shtick with hairstyles and helmets is that they remove hairstyle entirely and replace it with helmet. There are helmets and hoods in Inquisition that do just that.

 

Threre's a mod that removes those bun things from the mask which fixes this issue.

 

I think elven ears clip through the mage hood.  I may be remembering incorrectly though.

 

That's something I hate about the hoods in SWTOR.  The hoods that pull down far enough you can't really tell your char is bald under it unless you really try to look but some of the hoods it's so painfully obvious that they completely removed the hair.

 

I hate it when games do design shortcuts like that.

 

Here's to hoping for something better in DA4 ... because THERE WILL BE A DA4!!  Even if they haven't announced it yet  *pout*.

Well the hoods we find were probably made for dirty humans.  But if we're making hoods for our treasured companions then of *course* we're going to modify them to adjust for ear comfort!  ... Right? ... Or something.  And stuff.  Hey look, the geese have a nest and one of them laid eggs!  DA4 CONFIRMED!

I watched for about 5 minutes.  Watching a sleeping goose was more interesting than watching most sports (to me) but .. yeah.
