Speaking of mages, hoods, and elf-ear-like projections, it struck me as odd that the Tevinters, including Gereon Alexius, Crassius Servis, and Lucanus seem to like hoods with elf-ear-like details sewn onto the sides. I wonder if there is any reason for that?  It seemed especially odd since the Tevinters really tend to look down on elves as slaves. Why would they want any of their fashions to mimic the people they hold in such low esteem?

 

Phew, glad I'm not the only one who has been wondering this! It's been seriously driving me to distraction every time I get to "In Hushed Whispers", I want to have the option ask Alexius about the weird little "ears" rather than any of the plot-relevant questions, because I just have to know?!

My favorite thing about that video is Mark Meer's part. "I'm the commander."

 

Has anyone seen this commercial for Battleborn? It kept popping up while we were away last week which would make me perk up and..I KNEW it was "solus" but every time I heard it, my husband would just shake his head and laugh at me..
