What can I say about Solas. Well I have to go to work in a little bit so I'll just mention what stands out to me the most, after interacting with him.

 

OMG. Solas is Fen'Harel. The Dread Wolf?! 

 

A Living God?! 

 

 

The first thought I had after this spoiler was:

 

"This must be what it would feel like to discover that Clark Kent is Superman."

 

Because that's how this revelation of his true nature and power hit me. And it fit. During the entire campaign he was always so knowledgeable, powerful and wise.And unlike any mage that I ever encountered before. That who he really is. Is not hard to believe.

Thank you for the blanket fort, for all the comfort and joy you have offered over the last few months.

I look forward to seeing you all again on cBSN, but I will always remember sprinting to this thread when Solas broke my heart. I thought it wouldn't be so bad, it couldn't be such a hellspiral as everyone described, but after my vallaslin was gone and Solas refused to talk to me, you took my hand and soothed my hurts with kind and funny words.

I will always remember that support; it was as real as any break-up and you all carried me through.

Long live the blanketfort, and peace be to anyone who ever took refuge here as I did.
