After reading the tumblr comments on Solas' voice clips, I wonder how many people will restart as an elf in the first act of the game because he's so dreamy.

After reading the tumblr comments on Solas' voice clips, I wonder how many people will restart as an elf in the first act of the game because he's so dreamy.

I've considered it, I only recently saw the original picture that was from when he was first confirmed as a companion...the guy has a gorgeous face.

 

But alas, I can't bring myself to go for anyone but Blackwall on my first playthrough. I think I'll have exhausted myself on the game for awhile after three 80 hour playthroughs. 

 

This will also be the first time I won't ever choose a female LI, I find the male LI's to be way more attractive. To me, that is. I'm not saying Josie and Cass are ugly, they're not. I just prefer the men this time

I love you guys and all the videos you posted! I think I almost reached my liking quota because you guys post and talk about the best things. I can actually have discussion in this thread, I love it!

This youtuber is probably my favorite out of all the ppl who got flown in to play the game. He is enthusiastic when he talks about it if you post a comment in his first video he has been taking suggest what to show. I asked him to show us some companion banter and he msged me back saying "soon" which was nice of him. He is still a beginner but after the first few tries he got the hang of the controls eventually and actually put some effort in it.

Well the good news is I'll probably be making a S/S warrior for my first playthrough now. So I can bring Varric  !

No shame in bringing the characters you like best. I'll be subbing Blackwall in on my second playthrough. So I'll have to drop Varric since that's going to be my archer playthrough. Probably sub Solas out for Viv. And I might turn Cass into a two handed warrior so I can bring her, since I'm pretty interested in seeing her character development with the other companions.

Just wanted to post this screenshot that I nabbed from one of the new gameplay vids (there are so many now! So much Solas ) I think it was from the Jesse Cox one.

 

 

He always looks so fierce!   (Sorry for the crappy quality!)

 

Oh, and Solas' voice is...just perfect. Seriously. It's like beautiful poetry *swoon*

Ooo, I dig the updated look. He does look kind of grizzled. It seems to work though. Can you tell me which video that was from ? If it's not to much trouble that is.
