Yes, definitely need smirks. I wouldn't even mind if he was snarky, as long as it's kind of deadpan. The reason for Alistair's humor was that he was nervous talking to us at first. So that was his way of lightning the mood. Solas isn't like that, he seems like he would be very sure of himself. Not exactly cocky, but secure in who he is.

This gameplay actually isn't too bad. Most of them have been pretty horrendous.
Yeah, he's a fan and it's nice to see, he's actually kinda playing like I would..so I liked this one.
I honestly much preferred Mr. Laidlaw playing the game then most of the gameplay videos. You could tell he's had a lot of time to get used to the game. Cameron just got crushed on the other stream.

Well, Cameron wasn't even paying attention to the combat. I'm sure if you pay a bit of attention about where your companions are and what your enemies are doing you'll be ok.

Urrrrrrrgh there's a video where Cass and Solas finally had some banter but the players talked over it. Raaaaaaage! It sounded like a pretty interesting conversation too. It was definitely an argument of some sort.

Also I've been reading some more info about Solas (I've not really stayed in the loop about him.) He is absolutely the most fascinating companion in the party. ( Well, tied with Cole for me)

I prefer solas asz an electrical stunning than as a frost and freezing crazy guy! And I'll probably go crazy with fire! (Who said fire at all wins!)
I'm interested in seeing what rift mage actually is, I don't think the tree has been explained. I'm hoping it lets us summon friendly spirits..summoning classes are cool. But I doubt that's the case.
I love summoning things. I would love to know more about it, I always wanted to have my Inquisitor linked to spirits in some way if possible, suits her. The more I ponder her, the more attached I get lol.

I'm quite disappointed that Warriors didn't get a new spec tree. I guess I'll be going champion..or I might go templar. There is something awesome about a Dalish learning templar abilities.
