I do miss the feeling of cracking open the case and seeing the disc there for the first time, though. Oh well. I can console myself with early-game Solas. My Lavellan is going to follow him around like a puppy.

Maybe Solas just wears less in the snowy mountains so he can justify snuggling closer to the Inquisitor

My boyfriend helped pay for my PC upgrades to play the game on near recommended settings. He's nice like that, even if he tells me to calm down and asks why I am so excited for a game that hasn't even released.

That woman was human and had a buzz cut so you could still see she had short blonde hair. This character looks bald and has pointy ears.
However, the character in question has the twig arms typical of women in this game and seems to have wide hips.
Still, those ears, that bald head, and that staff.

Ok, here is what I have. It's a bald elven male, though I don't think it's necessarily Solas. Considering a lot of the action takes place in a Grey Warden fortress, it could be that this is just an elven GW mage.

Know what I miss about the sixth and fifth generation of games? New game manual smell. Whenever I got a new N64 or PS2 game the first thing I would do is go through that gargantuan manual and slowly peel the plastic wrapping off the cartridge, I was a weird kid. Man, I swear I would never get nostalgic about anything. But here I am, waving my walking stick at the kids on my lawn.
sigh. Manuals are the thing I miss mostly in these last years about videogames. Reading and smelling the manual is just like starting playng before really playng. Few pages, but they occuped my mind during the travel from the shop to home.

If this proof that you said you had is something in the art book, then I would rather not know the details. I'm paranoid about spoilers.
