Some people don't like the Inquisitor's casual outfit. They say it looks like pajamas. First thing that came to mind was a Solas sleepover.
 

I don't mind the design of the outfit, but I would really like a different color :\

Let's say I did actually try to take that armor that Dorian was wearing and put it on Solas.  You are saying that Solas' look wouldn't change *at all*?  It would just look like his regular default outfit or something?

I think it will change, but it will be Solas-ified, so that it fits with his image. I guess we'll find out if he's brave enough to bare a shoulder lol

Jeez, I had to sign in just to say that this is one of the most beautiful pieces of fan art that I've seen for inquisition and not just because it's Solas. The skin and the fur textures are amazing etc. and the eyes are are just haunting. Maybe it was unnecessary for me to tie up a thread just to say that but it couldn't be helped. Carry on everyone and don't pay attention to little ole me. *relurks*

I really hope that the casual outfit for the IQ is able to get customized in the future. I would be rather happy with the outfit if it was a dark crimson color with those golden/bronze-ish looking gems being a sapphire color or silver color. 

 

But let's get back on topic...what do you guys think Solas is hiding in his room...O_O

Aww, I would love it if there was a strong friends-to-lovers or mentor/student-to-lovers vibe with Solas and Lavellan! I know I found most of the romances in DAO to be especially rewarding when I held off on the flirting until after we were already friends...

 

Yeah I did that as well! I found it much more satisfying to have Alistair ask you to bed instead of the other way around. It is the sweetest thing. Then how Zev's was the opposite where I turned down his massage at first then asked him to bed once we grew closer and I liked it much better.

 

I'm having the kind of day that makes me want to scream and punch walls. Then I went into Scuttlebutt as distraction and found many of the threads just made me angrier   So back to hiding in the wonderful Solas thread.

 

Everything crossed for some Solas chat in this stream (two hours to go!) I need something to smile about before I go foetal in a corner somewhere.

Excited for some Skyhold action as well. They should run it like an episode of Cribs.

 

Heh same here actually! Today was like Murphy's Law for me. Everything that could go wrong went wrong lol. Hope your day has gotten better! Too bad they didn't show solas Like I told my friend today, what could solas possibly be doing in their that they won't even let us see him? Her mind went to the gutter lol, but maybe whatever he is doing or would of said is spoilery?

 

My first quizzy is going to be extremely freaked out, and I really like the idea of Solas being the one who helps to calm her at the beginning of the game.  She's neither a mage nor particularly devout, so the whole "magic hand and Herald of Andraste" thing isn't going over well.  Solas also strikes me as the kind of dude who would be patient enough to deal with the occasional outburst or existential crisis--LIs are more interesting when they can take a little conflict.

 

Yeah so is mine. I see her just rejecting it at first. She was going to become the keeper of her clan, she has responsibilities of her own, what does she know about trying to save the world from destruction? So Solas will have to be her rock in a way. I see him being able to handle the occasional outburst and I think he will be up to the task of mentoring her into the person they both know she can be. I think they will make a great team.

 

This will be me at first though haha. I'll put the comic in spoiler tags because the comic is pretty large lol. Nothing spoilery though. That will be me my first playthrough on my female elf but Solas will replace Dorian there lol. I will have a male inq for Dorian though eventually lol.

Pretty sure it was spoilery. Devs were tweeting that it was super tricky to make sure they weren't spoiling anything...that's why they showed us more everyday, small convos like Cole's and Dorian/Cullen. Josie's was bigger, but still a minor quest, I think.

Solas is just too big of a deal to talk to without spoiling things, I guess.
