Hey Solas thread! Sorry for being absent (I'm currently battling a stubborn cold that won't go away), but I was wondering if anyone would want their Inquisitor sketched? I'm not busy and could do with some face practice. Just make sure to leave me some reference (someone you're modeling your Quizzy after or a really detailed description) and I'll post them here when I'm finished.

Wow, really nice, you're very talented! If it's alright and you still have time, I would be delighted to have my Lavellan sketched. She's sort of modelled after Lyndie Greenwood (pic under cut), but still no idea about the vallaslin...

This person came pretty close to what I want my female elf inquisitor look like...sorta,she doesn't have freckles or green eyes or shorter straight hair.

 

If you also don't mind put some freckles on her and whatever dalish tattoo you want? I'd appreciate it.

@Mead Knight, I would love to have my Inquisitor drawn if you're still doing it! If you're busy it's cool too, but if you can...my Maia will look like Kate Winslet here:

She'll have darker hair, though, long but generally back and braided.  She's going to be the picture of innocent beauty, which will allow her to stab people more effectively. I'm hoping to give her the June vallaslin, the lighter version. You probably have the chart anyway, but it's here.

I'm more curious what his friendship will be like than the romance, but then I giggle at the idea he's going to be the opposite of sweet and sappy and just wander past you one day like, "We'll bang, ok?"

Someone posted the actual achievements list from XBox; some of the pictures are pretty spoilery. I guess XBox is allowing preloading too, probably because of the EA Access thing, so the internet will be rife with spoilers in short order. Anyone looking to go on a media blackout might want to consider it soon.

Did we know there's a place called the Solasan Temple? There's an achievement called Keymaster for gaining access to the heart of it. Looks like a pretty place.

I wonder if we're going to have to be friendly with our advisors who have the specializations we want. That might cramp my play-style a little bit on some play throughs haha, but I definitely want to do rift-mage on my first run-through of the game.

My understanding is that we don't learn specializations from companions. So I don't think that would be necessary, no.
