Who made the first move?
Irayna. She would laugh at anything he would say, a cute little giggle that made Solas want to hear it more. Plus there were a few times when her hand would linger over his, something which he grew to enjoy quite a bit.
Who started the relationship?
Technically Irayna. She had been crushing on him for a while and would do little things to get his attention. But it was debatable since Solas was the one who officially began the flirting in public.
Who kissed who first?
Solas kissed Irayna first. Mostly in relief though, cause you know, she had nearly died. Dragon's fiery breath and all.
Who has the most patience?
Strangely enough, Irayna. But Solas does a pretty good job of hiding it.
Who takes more risks?
Irayna. An Inquisitor's gotta do what she's gotta do.
How often do they fight?
Not often. But when they do, they come to a logical adult conclusion and forget it ever happened.
Who is the bigger cuddler?
Irayna. She just likes nuzzling him. Solas doesn't mind at all.
Who is more organized?
Solas. He would always sigh whenever he would enter Irayna's room since it seemed like a bloody Fade rift had opened up in there, letting demons through before closing, leaving behind the wreckage in its place.
Who is more ticklish?
Irayna. Solas makes sure to use this to his advantage, to which she would respond with "Not fair!" trying desperately to get away.
Who is big spoon/little spoon?
Solas is big spoon. Irayna is little spoon.
Who talks the most/least?
Irayna makes it a point to yammer on to Solas about things she finds interesting. Solas would sit there listening with a smile. Cause you know, whenever he finds something interesting to him, the roles are reversed.
Do they have any “rituals”?
Solas would sit in his office with a book in his hands late at night. Cue Irayna walking in tiredly, book in her own hands, plopping down on the couch next to him, lying down with her head in his lap and turning to a random page. He would then proceed to run his fingers through her hair. The two would then fall asleep like that.
What do they do when they’re away from each other?4
Irayna would impatiently tap her fingers on the War Table as she waited for business to conclude with the Advisors. Solas would sit in his room, reading, but he can never focus on the words on the page so he ends up giving up and starts to pace.
When it's a mission, Irayna would get all jittery. She would turn to look behind her, opening her mouth to speak, but upon realizing Solas isn't there with her, she closes her mouth and sighs. Solas would climb up to the tops of Skyhold's walls, looking out to see if she had returned. Sometimes, Cole would sit with him and the two tried not to face disappointment when she hadn't come back by dawn.
Nicknames for each other?
Irayna would call him Sol or emma lath. Sometimes, he would call her emma vhenan or emm'asha, the latter of which he would press his lips to her forehead, making her blush.
Who is more likely to pay for dinner?
Depends. Usually, they trade.
Who steals the covers at night?
Since neither are used to blankets, at least the very thick ones that are provided at Skyhold, the two end up folding it neatly and putting it on the floor before cuddling up together and relying solely on each other's body heat.
What would they get each other for gift?
Irayna always remembers to get Solas little trinkets from whatever village they go to, plus whatever ancient relics that she can find. Solas goes through a ton of effort to get little wooden horses that are hand crafted cause he knows that she loves collecting them.
Who remembers things?
Solas. Irayna can be rather forgetful sometimes, frustrating the hell out of Cassandra. When Solas is there though, he usually reminds her and she'll remember, thanking him rather profusely later when they're alone. 
Who cusses more?
Irayna cusses more. Whenever Solas cusses though, Irayna will admit that she finds the idea rather pleasing and encourages him to do it more often, especially around her. Irayna likes to tease him, but he would usually make up for it by subtly whispering things to her cause he knows what his voice does to her. If he does it in public, then two points for him. Then he would say she had to focus on the mission, an infuriating smirk on his face, knowing what his voice and his words are doing to her. Irayna gets back at him later of course, and Solas happily lets her take the lead. But he makes it a point during these times to remember her weaknesses, which he would then exploit so that he would be on top once more.
What would they do if the other one was hurt?
Irayna would freak. She would be hovering whenever the healers are doing their work until the point where they kick her out. Even then, she can't get anything done until she knows that he'll be okay. She would sit outside the door, a lost look on her face and no attempt of coaxing her to eat something would work to get her to leave for even a second.
If the situation were reversed, Solas would be in there with the healers. He would work night and day and not leave or eat anything until she would finally wake up. When Cassandra kicks him out so he can get something to eat, he would instead pace outside the door, not leaving until Iron Bull and Blackwall manhandle him down to the kitchens.
Now I'm just curious as to where those quotes would be said. During party banter, or during the *cough* intimate moment you share with your LI.

Several conversations in the Hinterlands (the first big area to explore). Convos such as the one the devs were talking over in a PAX stream. So minor Hinterlands spoilers if you don't know anything about why you're there. And party banter. And comments on locations. And Varric makes a joke.
Nothing much about the overarching plot except for what people think of you. Everything else is stuff we already know, e.g. mages vs. templars.
