Poor Inquisitor is probably just having second thoughts. Maybe he doesn't like being second guessed. Solas knows he's always right, why don't you?

In one of the german previews, they talk about Solas too:
"He's not from the Circle so everyone is kind of wary of him, but so far he's been a nice guy who has taught us a lot about the fade, demons (and stuff) since he's spent a lot of time researching"

Well guys, I think I'm out! I don't want to see or hear any more of Solas's dialogue before I play...I don't want the first few hours to be mostly stuff I've already seen. Some non spoiler text quotes already, and even the spoiler text ones are tempting me, lol.

*squeak* that's the best batch of Solas pics yet. I'm not touching the videos for a while though, The Keep is calling me.

 

It is....not a normal state of being for me. I always start out with the best of intentions but then I worry. I start reading a book and then need to know if a favorite character survives or I'll get behind on a TV show like Shield or Flash and need to know that certain characters didn't get captured or brainwashed. (Seriously, I am behind on so many shows right now. Sheild, Flash, Sleepy Hollow, Arrow- okay after loving Flash I need to start, Doctor Who. My list, it grows each week.)

 

I will likely, once I have the game in my hands find I need to make sure how not to screw up the Solas romance or how to save everyone that can be saved for the best possible outcome and seek out the spoilers then.  Especially since it is unlikely that I will have the kind of time I want to play it until December holiday break.  (Ah, who am I kidding, I will totally find the time, even at the cost of present shopping!)

I prefer to think of it as only two more Tuesdays! Next week, Lego Batman 3. The following week, Dragon Age:Inquisition!

 

 

I used to worry about my favourite characters dying too (and as such sought out spoilers if I got a bit involved with a series), until I learnt that the ones I like generally end up dead, evil or evil and dead. Now I just like to read spoilers because I'm weird like that.

Is it maybe from an earlier build? None of the other gameplay videos had "alpha build" in the corner. Or maybe he gets it anyway, the description does say "calls on benign spirits" which suits him more than Vivienne.

Seriously though, that is one gorgeous face (but in an unconventional, interesting, not-your-average-pretty-boy sort of way). Many kudos to the character designers this time around. I'm actually kind of glad he's gated, because as long as I don't play an elf I won't be tempted to romance him every damn time. Especially when I remember that face is going to have that voice saying all kinds of fabulously intelligent and fascinating things...

Resurgence is indeed a focus power. It's found in the Knight Enchanter tree though, which I imagine is why Eluvianus Rex is confused.

Most likely, since the peace summit is at the site of the Urn of Sacred Ashes and one of the few ways to get there is through Haven.
