Yeah, he makes reference to non-Dalish elves being called "flat ears". I'm guessing the Dalish he met used that on him.

It's the calm before the storm. It's happening soon. After looking at pictures of the elf Inquisitors people have made, I can't wait to get in there and make my own.

 

Anyone know if the launch stream they'll be doing on Twitch will be spoilery, or will just be fun stuff and trailers? I could easily have that running in the background while I get stuff done through the day tomorrow, but don't want to be spoiled. I've lasted this long, I can last a few more hours. Really.

I'll start, white hair, named Istas, is a VERY heavy loner and a very heavy misanthrope, she doesn't like elves, not dwarves, and ESPECIALLY humans.

I just went to Amazon and they are processing my shipment now I got so excited I squeeled and woke up my cat,she's not very happy lol!

 

I'm trying to think of what snacks to pick up at the store before I get it(something not so messy). I know I will have a cup of HOT chocolate (dark chocolate with mint)and have my superman jammies on when I start playing. 

 

Sorry I'm just so excited....My elf will have dark brown hair with freckles and her name will is Arya,she's optimistic and loves all races. She does have a bit of a sense of humor though.

My Lavellan is protective, curious, decisive, and yearns to see the world and make connections with those around her. She starts out as a bit prickly, but after she warms up to the Inquisition she loosens up a lot.

 

Not sure what she's going to look like yet, but I do know that I want her to have green eyes.

I've been skipping over to my pc intermittently all day, watching the progress of my preload! very excited!

 

I'm currently planning for my dalish rogue to be kind of serious and uncomfortable with the way her people look down on the city elves.  I think she will want to help city elves if the opportunity arises.  She will be  relaxed with dwarfs  but a bit mistrusting of humans, and qunari.  She's going to be in her 30s and I'll try and make her look beautiful but a bit hardened (not sure if that's going to be possible lol).  She's likely to be tanned with dark hair and green, brown or amber eyes.

No difference at all. It's a derogatory term, implying that the City Elves have lost their culture to such an extent that they're basically human. It's a really shitty thing to say to somebody.

Just to be sure I am following you, are you asking how to put a picture in "spoiler tags"? Or, are you looking at cutting or coloring out the dialogue in said picture?

If your question refers to my first example, do the following:

-Take your newly uploaded picture from your HD, and upload it to an image site (photobucket, for example).

-If you are using Chrome or Firefox, you should be able to easily use the cute little buttons, listed above to post the image under spoiler tags.

*NOTE*

-if you are having problems with it though, or are using IE, than copy the image link file from your image site (again, example being something like Photobucket).

-Back on the forum post, be sure to click on the little square icon, on the top left corner in the menu for making a post (it will be between your avatar picture, and the "eraser"). This allows you to use BBCode.

-when you are ready to add your image, first type in [ spoiler ] (without spaces), then paste your image link you copied from the image site, and follow that with [ /spoiler ] (again, without spaces).

Hello gang, I have been keeping low due to SPOILERS, not that I mind them so much. I have watched and read a few things, but not too much. Gah, I get to preload tomorrow at 5pm....Being in the UK succccks.

Then, I am in work on release date. I'm just going to scare everyone into buying the game me thinks. At least I can pick up my brother's copy and my guide on the way out from work. I'll be installing it midnight before, just can't/won't play it until I get home with my guide.
