I don't think I've ever posted here before but can I just say how much I love Solas' voice? Also I like his face expressions. I'm locked for Blackwall as my first playthrough LI but Solas is really interesting, really considering him being my 2nd!

His voice is amazing. I could listen to him forever (which is good, because it looks like he likes to talk  ).

I'm just trying to figure out how a party with two rift mages will work and if they will be effective or not... :< I'm so bummed we cant change our companions specs and I really want to play Rift Mage/ have my LI in the party...

I'm gonna buy it on PC. My dad owns our PS3, which would probably result in him playing my game more than I do...and my laptop is good enough for high settings. Which means I can lay in bed while I play. So comfy~

Well rift mages are designed to be crowd control. Two should be fine because you can work together on keeping other people's barrier up, creating spell combos, and using aoe spells. 2 mages, 1 warrior, and 1 rogue is a pretty balanced party.

Besides, you can always bring in Cole for high DPS (which should work well with a pair of Rift Mages), and set IB to off tank/DPS. He only needs to work on pulling agro, when the squishies get into trouble.

For a number of the quests, my parties will be fairly well balanced, but I do planned to mix it up a bit. Would be fun to have Solas with Varric/Sera, Cole and my Ulee. Three rogues and a mage walked into a bar.......

(and burned it to the ground. oops. )
