I think most of you guys get a little to carried away, the whole game doesn't center around Solas and Levellan, though it should. There are other races and romances.

But our head-cannons/ingame-cannons do center around Solas and Levellan.

 

Besides, tis the Solas thread, one is to expect a bit of over-excitement towards him just as one is to expect a bit of over-excitement towards Cullen in the origins, DA2 and inquisition versions of the Cullen thread.

YES! I loved that dialogue. Dorian and Solas together made for great conversations. Sadly, I never took Cole with me, so I missed a bunch of conversations that he and Solas have which I will definitely try to get on my next playthrough.

 

Also, does anyone remember the banter between Blackwall and Solas? Blackwall says that he and Sera would like to know if he's ever had a relationship with a spirit, or something... I remember hearing it but can't remember what was said.

oh haha I definetly understand I get to carried away sometimes too. I'm just to afraid of it being like warden/zev or warden/leliana where the plot had nothing to do with them and it was centered around Alistair and morrigan. Even though Solas obviously does play a big part, I'm just to afraid of getting my hopes up.

He cant just be proven responsible for Corypheous obtaining the orb, and revealed to be Fen'Harel without some sort of explanation eventually.

I'm extremely anxious as well. Maybe it's because I've had a really rough day and have spent it in anxiety/crying fits but the theories going around and the agonizing (and yet so far small) wait is making it hard not to be. Of course, I am extremely excited and looking forward to whatever is next for him, as it's pretty much guaranteed that he will have more content, but aaah. It's stressing. And even today since Sunday I still cry a little listening to certain songs from the OST and thinking of him and the romance : ( So much uncertainty. Being a Solas fan/romancer is tough. At least we have each other.

well it is bioware, they do pretty shitty plot twists sometimes. They haven't really payed attention at all to th hero of fereldan who is the whole reason Dragon Age existed.

Not at all! We'd love one, or at least I know I would.

I tried my hand at something small earlier but since I've only been RPing for the last year the switch from present to past tense really threw me off guard and I had to scrap it. I'm doing a lot better with my Abelas prompt, which I'll probably throw a dash of Solas/Lavallen into once I get there.
