I'm kind of confused as to how people are seeing the postcredits scene as Flemeth possessing Solas.. I thought it was really clear it was the other way around? I thought he was approaching her, pretending to be broken-up, and then when her guard was down he absorbed her life force or whatever it was. He's the one who snaps to attention first, and then his face glows, and something comes out of her into him. 
 
Sorry if any of this post sounds like I'm trying to start a fight or something. I just thought it was clear, maybe I'm missing something. (I mean I don't WANT Solas to be an antagonist, but I can see him doing this, being a Loki figure and all.)

Vivienne trying to act as if she's more powerful/knowledgeable is funny for a great number of reasons. Despite being so smart and a total badass (I love Viv, even if she doesn't so much love my Inquisitor aha), she just comes off looking like a fool when she steps to Solas. Considering certain revelations.

No, it's near the end of the game.

If you choose the angry options during the break up, Lavellan will demand that Solas tell her he was just using her and their relationship didn't mean anything, so that his leaving will hurt less.

I just talked to him and it went into a cutscene where he's trying really hard to drink tea (he hates it  ).

 

If you don't have high enough approval then just go through his dialogue wheel and ask all of the questions. He's such a nerd that his approval goes up every time you ask.

I watched every variant of the scene because I apparently hate myself. Picking the "I love you" option is the only way to get the bit where he backs away from Lavellan, putting his hands up defensively, saying "I can't", backing away again and raising his hands again, "I'm sorry". The whole time looking at her like she's scorched him.

 

Other options just have variants of the "I can't / I'm sorry" dialogue but not quite that level of insistent fear.

I picked the "I love you" option, because it was all that was going through my head at the time, and it really broke me. But the one about the casual dalliance breaks me almost as much.

 

I also captured the other, Guarded option.

Not as heart wrenching as the other two, but still heart wrenching, especially with how Lavellan is trying desperately to hold onto him. I love the detail of him blinking a lot when she says it, as if to guard his emotions too. Might have been intentional or not.
