Given that from what I saw no companion really has an epilogue slide and all of them say something to the effect to staying on for awhile, that sounds like DLC bait to me. Why else would some of them stay on?

Nothing's been confirmed. I was wondering about this today. Looking at Bioware trends for DLC, I assume 4 to 6 months, depending on the length of it. If we're looking at something like an expansion? That'd be amazing, but not entirely likely -- I'd say about 6 months or so. Something more like the ME2 and 3 DLC? 4 months. 3, if we're lucky.

Agreed... Here's hoping a smaller scope will help with the bugs, though if I remember correctly it didn't work with Awakening.

On the bright side, the fanfiction community for Dragon Age is HUGE you can bet they're going to be all over keeping people entertained until the next installment once more people finish the game.

I know the community for DA 2 is enormous. I hope the same happens with this. The trouble at this point is writing fast enough to finish the story before the readers get impatient and stop reading lol

I know the community for DA 2 is enormous. I hope the same happens with this. The trouble at this point is writing fast enough to finish the story before the readers get impatient and stop reading lol

So true it hurts! xD I stopped writing a Hobbit story two years ago though and still get people poking me about it. I found someone else took a similar idea and did it better though so I have no motivation.

I tend to get discouraged when I don't hear back from readers :S It's a flaw I'm trying to overcome. You shouldn't let that stop you from writing. Some people might write the same idea in different ways. That doesn't make them better or worse

You're right, that's my personal flaw though. When I see a story doing something similar but in a way I perceive better I tend to go 'whelp, take the reigns!' and run off. I've had to force myself never to post anything before finishing it entirely now to combat it. ^^;

Bull left the Qun after saving the Chargers. Solas told him he wasn't a real Tal-Vashoth, as in the kind that behave savagely as Bull put it. You can just tell how much Solas respects him after.

Solas has this ability to be a superior jerk at one moment and then a total sweetheart in the next. I can't take it, I love him WAY too much. Definitely my favorite DA character now! Possibly my favorite BioWare character overall!

I've wondered a lot of times whether I should get into that habit myself, but it takes me too long to finish things. The stories I write are usually very long.

I hate it honestly, I like instant approval way too much. Do you have an AO3 or FF.net account?

This one makes me think of the both of them, mostly their relationship. The phrase, make me feel alive, seems to resonate with me in regards to them.... Also it talks about being afraid to change, much like Solas is often obsessed with people changing their natures. Perhaps his own?
