I would say to make up for Cullen not being a companion. Solas might only have 3 romance scenes, but you can drag him around to places.

Cullen gets 8 romance scenes?!

 

That's, um, rather disappointing, I've gotta admit.   Is it to make up for Cullen not being a companion, or does everyone except Solas get that many?

 

I'm not sure. I saw the number eight somewhere here on the forums, but counting is a little weird. On youtube it seems like the trend is to count from the very first interaction, and to count scenes which could be romantic/non-romantic (like the Cullen chess scene). So Iron Bull has "24"+ scenes but not all of those are romance-exclusive. I think the majority do have more, but I'm not sure how many more.

^ I can't even find numbered scenes for Sera so I might be making things up completely.

This is the first time I post anything in a forum for a long time.
I became a huge Solas Fan, after first being so euphorised at Cullen being in DAI... then I met Solas and Cullen was... not that interesting anymore XD Actually it was the "wake up" scene which made me choosing otherwise.

And while reading all of your great posts I just got this picture in front of my inner sensible eye:
Imagine Lavellan chasing for Solas, still fight evil while looking for him. One time she is at some ruins, fighting some demons and suddenly they stand just some feet apart.Staring at each other...not saying a word...
;_; This image will be in my head forever. Just those feelings. just break down and cry.

And then people suggest that Flemeth could be in his body...then this scene could become extremely awkward Oo Just imagine Lavellan falling into his arms, really happy to see him, just hearing HER (Flemeth) voice (yeah, I guess it should be his nontheless), but that would be so DX

I am not sure if someone mentioned it already. But when they visit this elven temple after finding those glyphes, Solas says, how poor this man is that he was caged up there for so long by his people/students/whatever. Anything like that. And that reminds me of the Fen'Harel thing. Doing kind of the same thing.

I also have this other problem. When I heard Solas the first time speaking just thought, I KNOW this voice (in german) ... well after I almost went crazy because I couldn't remember from where it reminded me, I looked for it. *coughs* Well, it is the german voice of Merlin/Colin Morgan...and now...always when I DON'T look at him I see Merlin talking about spirits and things XD that is just soooo weird too. If my computer is able to handle Fraps AND the game, I totally will upload some videos on youtube. (but in german, there are already some good ones in english ^^)

Whoa wait it is????? I never knew that! I haven't seen an episode of Merlin in so long I didn't remember what he sounded like!

So... the Lavellan clan. First we have to send them word of our well-being, then send agents to protect them, and now...

it looks like they might end up in trouble and could be slaughtered? I'm not sure who to send to keep them safe. I'm sort of over the wholesale slaughter of my character's family, dammit.

 

I should finish up my first run sometime this weekend. Then I can see what all this spoiler stuff is. It's felt awful lonely not reading through here every day and participating.

 Unfortunately, I don't remember which adviser I chose. I wasn't too careful, because I didn't realize it could affect the outcome.

When the clan first approaches you, send Leliana. When the clan later needs protection from bandits, send Cullen. If you send either leli or Josephine for the second mission then the clan will end up scattered and dead.

 

Also I just got a banter with Dorian and Solas COMPLETELY NERDING OUT. Over magic. It was amazing.
