The first quest you have to kill a terror demon that's controlling the pack... So I guess that's what's up with all the other packs in other placeS?

I remember now, and I guess I was just confused why they appeared pretty much everywhere. It would have been one thing for it to be one pack, but there were multiple, and to me it's a little odd that only the wolves were susceptible to possession, not the bears or nugs, etc. 

But it could have just been Bioware reusing assets.

given his deception and the power dynamics some people may have felt used or taken advantage of or generally uncomfortable by the whole thing and so the writers decided to err on the side of caution

Personally, I think it kinda makes sense for Solas to refuse to sleep with Lavellan because maybe he tells himself it will be easier to leave her, and her to forget him, if they never did? Or maybe he thought that, even though he's kinda buggered everything up already, he could at least try and not get her pregnant because that would just mess everything up 10x worse although I'm sure he could use some super special anti-pregnancy magic or something. My headcanon is that he spends the whole game going 'nonononononono' to sleeping with Lavellan and then caves in right at the end, then dumps her very soon after (like, the next morning) because that's when it finally notices how completely out of hand the whole situation has gone and has a major "Oh c*** what am I doing" moment! Ehh but that's just my personal headcanon

Maybe wolves were targeted to taunt Solas or something. I bet a lot of demons knew who he was and the fact that he was in the Inquisition. Maybe I'm reading into it too much.

Regarding the last boss fight...

I don't recall any dialogue between Corypeus and Solas, leading me to wonder if Corypheus doesn't recognize Solas. Does this mean Solas did not directly give his orb to Cory? Just how did Solas end up giving his orb over to a darkspawn/ magister? I just don't see how someone could look at Cory and say, "yes, this seems like a responsible person to whom I should entrust this dangerous artifact."

Although I wonder if Fade sex would be even worse for him in regards to leaving her, because he's got such a strong connection to the Fade if they did it there maybe he would never, ever be able to forget it, like every time he dreams or enters the Fade after leaving her the memory would kind of slap him across the face?
