And yeah, the Leliana thing gives me hope that Solas's brown eyes are just from the engine being wonky. Same as when Vivienne suddenly had bright blue eyes during E3.

the problem is definitely the frostbyte: I just looked at Leliana's picks in the twitter thread, and she seems to have brown eyes too. And she never had brown eyes...
I'm a little worried about this thing: I like having characters with light coloured eyes or very fantasysh (red, purple, yellow) it in game alla eyes seem brown...well, is not funny...
I'm thinking it's a biased character modeler, and I don't like thinking that. 
I'm really digging all the guyliner in Inquisition. I have a, erm...thing about it.
Not sure what's up with Leliana's apparent love for the metallic pink lip gloss I used to wear in junior high, though.

I hope not ALL the eyes are brown or brown-ish with Frostbite. I like brown and hazel fine, but it does seem a bit odd to make ALL the eyes that color! And count me among those who'll miss Solas's pretty, unusually colored light eyes if they really are gone. Hopefully this is just something they plan to tweak/fix.
I don't care about her lip gloss or eyeliner. I would dump my boyfriend for that.

She does have lighter eyes in the pic I have on my desktop though. So there's hope yet.
It turns out the Leliana currently has brown eyes as well. So I'm thinking the eye colours are either being tweaked or something is broken.

Oh, I think she looks amazing. She's even prettier than she was in Origins! But that one pic with the lip gloss gave me a weird junior high flashback. I used to LOVE that metallic crap. It was at the time I was also into New Kids on the Block, so my taste at that point was definitely questionable.

Admittedly though, of all the bugs a game could have, this is a pretty small one.
I was never able to finish NWN2 because of a glitch where I couldn't get Zhjaeve or Ammon Jerro to read an enemy's "True Name".
Honestly, I suspect that all (or nearly all) of the companions/advisors are not fully "tweaked" yet. Whether that is on purpose (simple time management/prioritizing), or working out kinks in the new engine....no clue.
I rather believe this based on a few things. The eye colors, as everyone has been discussing. Some of the character appearances looking very different from shot to shot, and the close up reveal of Dorian with what really does appear to be "painted" on mustache and parts of his hair. I have faith that they will have those things ironed out, eventually (or I hope, LOL!), but that could mean that we will see things like his cleft getting a bit more definition, the scar showing up again, varied eye color among all of the companion/advisors, and fine tuning of hair/facial hair (even Blackwall "seems" to have lost his grey streaks. Though that might be intentional. Unsure.)
I agree. Eye color and hair might be one of the last things they are focusing on. Their probably ironing out the gamebreaking bugs and glitches which would cause more complaining than character visuals.
Though I do hope they do something about it soon

It's true. And like @BlueFlame527 said, the fact that it's relatively minor is probably why it's not fixed yet. I'm not really worried about it. They know how much we all like to fiddle in the CC, no way we don't get a lot of eye color options that show up correctly in-game.

Well you have good taste! (ps: I kinda wanted mine to look similar like that as well...soo this IS a small world indeed XD) But we are from the same Solass village so it's maybe not weird that we have same taste in characters and how we want them I guess

says it would be interesting to see if written records also disappear if I write them."
"Bumped into Sera today, she looked at me with mean cold eyes, she scares me."
"Iron Bull made me try ale, it was bitter.
when he asked me if i'd like some milk instead he almost fell off his chair laughing after i said yes."

.
and in the few last pages there could be a few of varric's jokes, solas's grading cole's grammar/vocabulary, maybe even something that sera drew for cole if they're friends later on.
and the last page, a farewell from Cole to the inquisitor and all the people he met.
Even if everyone forgets, at least this will remain.

I'm just thinking about the tweet where he talks about writing a not straight white male character. And while it could be a homosexual white female character (like the Empress) or some other combination, my mind went to Scribbles as a possibility.
