Masochists.
I may be the only person who thinks this, but I don't mind the Skyhold pajamas. Sure, they're no Hawke's Estate pjs, but I don't mind them. Sure, the buttons are a wee bit much, but I love her boots! Plus, maybe this is just a "casual outfit" - otherwise, she's judging people in her pjs, and that's just silly.
It really helped me to make a ridiculously-pro-chantry human who believes she's really the herald. Solas hates her guts.
Has anyone done a run where they got him to leave? Or seen a video of it?

I actually love his reaction to the let's just be friends line. That's the most annoying thing to say to someone once you've led them on.
Am I the only one that let Morrigan drink from the well because I was to lazy to fight and tame a dragon? Lol.
*raises hand*

He never leaves until you know.

I'm totally judging the three different shades. It's weird.
Those wolf statues, you start to see them everywhere once you know to look. I like trying to climb up on them.Irony: the one in the Exalted Plains is right next to the Offering To The Dread Wolf shrine.
No kidding.

Ha, I knew that taming a dragon occurred in-game and I was really excited for it, but I wasn't aware you could only do that if you drank from the well yourself. I let Morrigan drink and was really quite disappointed ![]()

I didn't like the Hawke estate pajamas, either

Breaking Up With Cullen
That Actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He took it rather well.
Wow just 2-3 days and 50 pages more XD You kill me XD
I just finished Coles Personal Quest and something kind of caught my eye.
Spoiler
I just did this quest too.
Has anyone done a run where they got him to leave? Or seen a video of it?
If it can be done I will do it!
He never leaves until you know.
I was wondering which is the one companion that stays with you. It's him? Or am I misremembering what is said and people don't leave for hating you, but can die or get kicked out?

I know Cassandra will never leave.

I did a playthrough of DA2 where I slept with and broke up with everyone (cept Izzy, stuck with her). It was hilariously horrible. I hope its possible to do in this game...

I imagine he won't leave, seeing as he does have something he needs to get.

Lavellan: See that big wolf over there? I'm going to mount it. I'm going to mount all of them.
Solas: *eyebrow*
During one dragon fight I got knocked back into a wolf statue that was close to a cliff. Now I have this image in my mind that Lavellan was clinging to the damn thing to keep from falling and Solas runs to give her a hand up and she makes a laughing comment along the lines of
That was a fun fight, too. We barely survived it, but only because I had a dumb and did Leaping Shot right over the edge of the cliff and came up with next to no health. Then I died and everyone else started dying, so when I took over Blackwall to run away I realized he had regeneration potions and was able to get him to stick around and revive my Lavellan, who then was able to revive Solas while Blackwall distracted the dragon. Cole woke up soon after. And then every time it looked like the dragon was near to death, I'd see the guard go up on the &$^@! thing. But we made it. And limped back to camp with 1-2 bars of health each. Good times...

Ah, silly crazy Anders. It's amazing how mature and reasonable Solas's response to a breakup is by comparison.

Varric probably gets all his inspiration for romance novels from watching Hawke and Lavellan romance all the "I love you, but we shouldn't be together!" men. And the Cassandra reads about them while swooning.

Seriously there are a lot of "I love you, but we shouldn't be together!" men in the DA world. Alistair, Fenris, Anders, Solas, Blackwall....

Okay.
So, here's my big, long follow-up with screenies. For space purposes, I'll be kind and spoiler the big images.
Let's start with the Hinterlands, since that is the first one you get and Solas actually prompts you and gives you a quest marker for it. I got that after getting approvals from him in conversation in Haven, then I visited the Hinterlands for the first time ever, did a bunch of stuff to help refugees and also gained more of his approval, then went back to Haven. It was after that first Hinterlands visit that I spoke to him in Haven and got the quest.
Location marked by my arrow. I'm literally standing right by where the device was (which seems to have gone mysteriously missing afterwards):
Next we'll travel to the Storm Coast. I actually went here first in my screenshot-grabbing adventures tonight, so I marked it (rather inefficiently) with a waypoint toggle on the bigger map. On the zoomed in one, I got smart and just stood by the damned thing, so my actual arrow is as accurate as I can get you dear folks:
Now we'll head on over to the Fallow Mire. This one is a little tricky to get to. Stumbling into The Den isn't so bad - you've a Fade Rift there to guide you - but the actual artifact is in an apostate camp. When in The Den, you have two different passages along the right-hand wall (I say this as right-hand as you enter The Den from the Veilfire Tower area). The SECOND passage in the wall is the one you want. Go in, turn right, walk through the water and you're in the apostate's camp:
Over in the Exalted Plains, this one can be a bear as well. You can only access it after you have opened the passage to Ghilan'nain's Grove, which is a war table operation after you've discovered the blocked passage. Once inside and heading towards the passageway on the right, the first left turn is the most direct path (the second left turn takes you to an underground area with a puzzle and stuff). Work your way through the swampy area and keeping to the left. You'll find it at the foot of a bridge leading to - irony of all ironies - the Offering to the Dread Wolf shrine. There is a high dragon here, but she will not attack you. At least, not on Casual. She'll fly overhead and bluster roars at you, then go land off to the right. She never bothered me until I walked right up to her, so she won't bother you at Fen'Harel's shrine:
The last one I have gotten so far... the mysterious one that is apparently missing from the strategy guide... the one located in the Lost Temple of Dirthamen. This location does not appear on your map until you resolve a quest. I was in the Exalted Plains... received a quest from the Dalish looking for a lost member... found his body and a note saying he was trying to reach the Shrine of Sylaise, and so I went there. It's where I got Solas his spiffy set of Ancient Elven Robes.
It's also where I got a glyph via veilfire and sparked a quest to find 4-5 other glyphs in the Plains. Did that, then got a war table operation to have someone decipher the glyphs I'd collected. When that was done, the Lost Temple appeared on my world map. And awaaaaaaaaay we go:
And that's my in-depth supplement to Nyaore's maps so far. Will post new updates as I discover them in the rest of the maps.
