I do believe if I remember correctly from my DAO playthrough where you could read all the books in the Shaperate that even the Dwarves refer to themselves as "children of stone"....so it would not be entirely inappropriate and a Dwarven Quizzy and Varric probably would not think it to be insulting in the same way they would view "Surfacer" to be insulting

1/ Allying with the mages
2/ Saying that Lav will lead the inquisition for what is right
3/ Doing his personal quest which he 'greatly approved' and saved his wisdom spirit friend.
It can't be because of a lack of approval is it?

Yep. I'm collecting the artifacts to try and trigger his hidden third quest too. And I did try reloading right before the scene once, thinking perhaps it's got something to do with the reply chosen when he asked all those questions.
This is most curious....

Ah... I know this one. Somebody posted tips on this. Apparently chests in the Hissing Wastes and Emprise du Lion give tier 3 schematics/loots and these are random so people are saving and loading before opening the chests to get the schematics they want.
They say the best schematics are in the Hissing Waste though, both for armor and weapon.

I don't know why they put the schematic for the robes/armor/whatever he wore most in promotional material as a randomized schematic... Congratulations on finding it, though! I'm glad some people have been able to hunt it down.

Lol, you messed up. You know what a guarded person he is. He's already limited to elven females. He's not going to stand for any flirting with people other than him.

I can't believe you can't even flirt with him as anything else. The other options allow for flirting, but you just get turned down after a time.
What if that's not a choice either of them have? The eluvians are waking up again, Mythal has returned. I think the gods are coming back whether we like it or not, and it's a matter of managing the outcome.I think the way forward for the elves of Thedas is something they'll have to create for themselves in the present. The ancient elves and their gods were douchebags. Advanced powerful douchebags, but douchebags. Time for elves to look to the future instead of grubbing around blindly in the ashes of the past. Time for Dalish clans to unite and work together with City Elves to improve their collective lot. Time for elves in leadership positions - Briala, Lavellan, even Solas, if he pulled his egghead out his ass - to use their power for the betterment of the elven people. #realtalk

I picked some heart options with Cullen and it didn't cut off. They were early ones, though. Had to ask about templar celibacy, lol.Did not realize that. Wow.

Also flirting with Blackwall once you enter Skyhold (even though he's quite resistant to a relationship) prevents the Fade kiss with Solas. Though, I'm not sure what happens if you go back and "dump" Blackwall before that scene. I went back a save. I guess Skyhold is the point of no return XD, because she flirted with others before that point.

Huh. I flirted with other people pre-skyhold, and was fine. I think you just need to be careful to avoid the romance cementing dialogues.
Also, Solas doesn't seem to care that I flirt with Dorian. But well, that probably doesn't matter. Flirty friends are the best friends.

In this case: protect the world as we know it as best we can in the face of the oncoming storm. If they try to enslave, kill them. If they war amongst themselves across the countryside laying waste to things as they go, kill them. If they try to cleanse modern elves or other races, kill them.
