Starting some Dr. Doctor banter moves:
From the sound of it Cole might become the phantom of Skyhold. Solas might not mind because he's the resident Fade guy, but the whole "mind wipe" thing is just asking for hilarity to ensue:
Solas: We wanted to find out the upper limits of Cole's abilities...and how well the new Tar Bomb formulation worked.
Inquisitor: So you stuck all the furniture in the War Room to the ceiling?
Solas: No, we just stuck Sera to Iron Bull's back and erased her memory of it happening. I might have told Cole to "go nuts" though.

Not meaning to sound awkward, but I suppose it would be a matter of scale? The Qunari do have a selective breeding program, so members of the Antaam like Sten, the Arishok, and Iron Bull are going to be physically bigger and burlier than members of other branches of their society. Baseline Qunari are taller and more muscular than humans, but Vashoth born outside of the selective breeding program might not have inherited the same traits that the Antaam have and may be physically smaller.
Sera: Is that a limp I spy?
Solas: I missed a step on my way back to the study this morning.
Sera: Three days in a row? You must be one of the clumsiest bastards I 've ever met.
Solas: I suppose so.
Sera: Of course, that doesn't explain the marks on the nape of your neck and the tips of your ears. And don't feed me some **** about Schmooples wandering into you room.
Solas: You're trying to squeeze something out of me aren't you?
Sera: (laughs) Oh, I wouldn't try *squeezing* anything out of you Solas. I'm sure that's something the boss would be much more interested in, seeing as you two are knocking boots.
Solas: How did you find out!
Sera: I knew it! I knew there was something going on between you two! Oh wait till I tell Varric that he owes me ten sovereigns...(notices that her feet are now frozen to the floor) hey!
Solas: (muttering under his breath as he walks off) Dammed jumped-up pixie.
Sera: (yelling) Solas! Get back here you bald blighter so I can knock your sodding teeth out!

In the event that Vivienne is an LI, I'm planning on making an elven mage who has the Dalish "we're better than you" attitude in spades. If there was one person who you really wouldn't want handling the delicate task of building the Inquisition it would be this guy:
Blackwall: Is he still ranting about the ancient elves?
Solas: Probably.
Blackwall: I could just hit him over the head with an axe handle.
Solas: (produces a flask) Or we could just take a drink every time he says "elvhan".
Blackwall: I like how you think.

Solas: I sense a disturbance in the Fade.
Inquisitor: Really?
Solas: No.
Iron Bull: You mean to tell me that there isn't some field that holds everything together?
Solas: I think you've been listening to Odd George's ramblings for too long.
Inquisitor: Odd George, the tavern keeper over in Crestwood? Didn't you get into a bar brawl with him after he said that magic came from tiny spirits that live in the blood of mages?
Solas: I remember no such thing.
Inquisitor: Solas, you froze his head to a table.

Iron Bull: Golem catapult.
Solas: A catapult that launches angry golems at the enemy? An interesting idea, but I don't have any golems.
Iron Bull: Can't you just make some?
Solas: No, I can't "just make some". It takes materials and knowledge that I don't have. What exactly do you think it is that I do?
Iron Bull: Tell us what magical crap is so we can either kill it or sell it for ale money?

Solas: "The guy we had to chase around for a week to get this picture".
Inquisitor: Come on Solas, you've been in your lab for a week!
Solas: But I'm close to a breakthrough in my research!
Inquisitor: Solas, if you don't come out I'll have Sera pick the lock.
Solas: I had the locks reinforced and enchanted! It'll take more than sharp sticks and harsh language to get in here!
