I think it's less "the fade will stop existing" and more "the fade and the physical realm will become one". Which I have to wonder, if you're awake in the fade when you're asleep in the physical realm, what happens when the two are together? Is sleeping basically the same as being awake? Do dreamers get extra bonus powers because of this?

All I want is to snuggle Solas in the fade. He looks so comfy and just he is beyond precious! If he is romancable I don't know what I am going to do!!! Ahhh.

The whole "Solas isn't really big on black/white" thing makes me think of this:

On another note, my family and I are going on a trip to Arizona. A month ago, I didn't know the exact date that would be. However, turns out, we're leaving tomorrow. So, on one hand, we get to see the Grand Canyon and stuff. On the other, I'm missing Gamescon.

Think of this way - you get to see the Grand Canyon, which I hear is amazing - and it's something many people never get to do (I'm a bit jealous to be honest - my one regret is not seeing it when I lived on the west coast and it was reasonably easy for me to get there). So enjoy it while you can!   Aaand... when you get back, you'll be able to devour all that juicy wonderful news all at once! I'm sure someone will upload/transcribe video of the panel - and any new trailers and demos will surely be on youtube.

I will not succumb to the hype. I will not stay up at 2 in the morning. Sleep is important. I should sleep. That's what Solas would want.

I've just started Asunder, after having read The sole throne and The Calling. Is great seeing how much the quality of the books improve from one to another. In a few days I should have The masked empire too (is being out only few days ago here in Italy)

So my laptop malfunctioned last night. (It was barely hanging on to be fair. xD) Got my friend to look at it, so now it turns on! But it freaks out and shuts off randomly. ><

And it deleted a lot of my files. Ffffff. Anyways it deleted a majority of the Solas doing an Irish jig (Because he seems like he would do one that's why). It's going to be awhile before I can finish the actual thing. But I wanted to show you a sketched version!! ^-^

I tried not to be, but I got hyped. I'm so excited for Gamescom now! But if Solas doesn't show up, I'm going to be one disappointed Solas fan for sure.

I keep debating on whether to get up early Wednesday morning to watch the EA thing... It starts 4am here, and I'll have to go to work after. And its the only day this week I get to sleep in a bit (have to get up at 3am every other day...) Its just... What if they don't show any new companions? If I get up to watch just to get another demo with Sera and IB and Viv I'll be seriously peeved. I want my Solas damnit!!! Or Cole, I wouldn't mind seeing me some Cole...

I think I might stay up too. Luckily I'm free for the entire week and don't have to go to work due to some fortunate circumstances involving weddings so I can get plenty of sleep after.

 

But I'll certainly be grumpy if I stay up so late and it's Sera, Iron Bull or Vivienne again. Or, honestly, anyone but Solas, Cole and Blackwall. We've seen plenty of the others. 

 

If we get to see Solas in action or, better yet, walking and talking like we got to see Iron Bull, Sera and Dorian at E3, it will have been worth it

I feel lame for not having read Asunder. I'd like to but I don't see being able to until after the game releases.

 

Why I say that is because I just got some more oils (I ran out of white a few weeks back) and I thought it would be cute to do a Solas/Cole painting...except I can only go off the fan art/ in game pictures of Cole for reference. I don't really know Cole. I just don't want to have him doing something that seems out of character, I guess.

 

 

Yeah, why I don't want to stay up for the event; because we might just be getting something that is not as great as anticipated. I get really mad when people hype me up and then I drop everything to watch something and...

I know some of you will be watching so if we do get some exciting information (like, .....you know *wink*) then I will be fully rested enough to bust some ear drums with my squeals. haha.

I'm usually awake around the time it will be on anyway, so it isn't going out of my way to watch.  My expectations are low though.  I figure if I expect nothing, I can't be disappointed.
