That's a bit of a stretch, considering all elves have pointed ears, and a real wolf's ears are far more rounded than people seem to think they are.

 

And if the Evanuris look anything like their mosaics, they aren't going to be classically pretty by any standards.

 

Elves do, but Solas has ears I can't even make in the CC. They are not typical elf ears and I've compared them to others. They are more like when a wolf's ears curl back before they attack. Solas himself made a self-portrait of himself as a wolf and I think it's more than just a symbol. I think he is able to become one.

I mentioned something about this a while ago. It was a simple idea for a drawing.

And Panel 2 is a picture of him lifting Lavellan's wedding veil and the two of them looking stupidly adorable and lovingly at each other.

It's migraine season for me too. So far this month hasn't been bad, but winter weather is coming. I'm like a human barometer. Changes in barometric pressure seem to trigger the most migraines.

I wonder if it's because no one has any idea what a Dalish or an ancient elvhen wedding would look like. I kind of assumed the Dalish kind of just moved in together after the Keeper determined they weren't too closely related, and that an elvhen wedding would be this years long affair where people weren't exactly sure when it ended, until the married pair broke up a thousand years later, or one of them died.
