Yes i know but, i mean, it's nice to have back-up plans but it'd be even nicer if we succeeded to convince them to let the place be

I'm not familiar with archiving threads (I once did it manually on another forum but there is 6k+ pages here and in the old thread). I'd like to archive it though. There's a lot of great stuff in here. At the very least the OP will be saved, links/coding updated and changed, and where the OP links to discussion in thread I'll manually save that too.

 

Need to work out how or find someone who knows how it could be done, for the rest of it tho.

 

In the meantime I've signed up to the forum Illyria suggested, not saying that's where we're gonna go but good to have access to look around. Gonna go and look at the other sites people are linking as suggestions in the main Announcement thread.

 

I do also advocate trying the Save the BSN methods suggested in that thread too, who knows, it might work.

Realdragonagefans looks like the best place for us.  Checking out TSG and, yeah, steelcan is right.  Most of us probably wont fit in there.
