Not sure if someone already made a topic like this but here it is.

So as we know the new bioware game based on the universe of Mass Effect is currently in development. For what we know, the game is supposed to take place in a whole new galaxy with new species and diversity.

So because its in a new galaxy space travel should or may be alot different because every galaxy evolves differently. Maybe there wont be Mass relays this time and a new form of transportation. Atleast that would be the smart thing to do anyway. Itd be strange if every galaxy had Mass Relays and a citadel. Thats just my opinion.

Anyway, ide like to see them bring back the exploration that was in the first Mass Effect. In Mass Effect 1 almost every planet you were able to land on it. The thing was wrong about that though was that almost every planet looked alot alike. Maybe this time they can add a bit more diversity to the planets. Add weather changes and maybe even create new weathers that dont exist here on Earth. They should also add some form of night and day time.

I would also like for them to fix the mako or have a different vehicle that is alot better and easier to navigate with. The cerberus shuttle in Mass Effect 2 was pretty good. Ide also like to be able to travel back to the milky way galaxy as well. So we can see the aliens weve come to love and to also revisit the Citadel.

As far as multiplayer, it was excellent despite the bugs, Multiplayer is the reason Mass Effect 3 is still booming today. It formed a really cool community where people have actually become close friends rather than just a gaming community. I dont think Bioware expected the multiplayer to be so successful. Seeing how successful it was i can see them bringing it back. With that being said. This is what ide like to see in the multiplayer

Arena traps. I like the idea of setting hackable traps maybe a function the Engineers can have. Destructible environments sound good. It wouldve been pretty decent if Me3 multiplayer had a random reaper or harvester land on the map and we all had to combine powers to take it down and its laser destroyed parts of the map and changed the map completely. I know its like that on Cod where a Kem Strike comes in and it changes the map so much that it barely even looks the same. Maybe they can add that in with whatever new enemy that will be in the next Mass Effect.

They can also add space battles where as a team we have to operate the ship and do things according to our class. Adepts and vanguards can ward off enemies hopping on our ship to attacks us directly. Engineers can handle hacking the enemy ships external Guns. Or they can handle the direct attack on the enemy ships and control of our ship. Infiltrators can actually go onto the enemy ships and infiltrate the ship units. And Sentinels can lie somewhere inbetween helping everyone. It would require intense team work :D

1. Nobody ever said it takes place in a new galaxy.

2. it wouldn't be Mass Effect without the 'mass effect' made possible by the mass relays.

1 This article states it will be in a whole new region of space http://www.eurogamer...remain-separate

http://www.ign.com/a...me-a-disservice Bioware said calling it mass effect is a disservice so it may not even be called Mass Effect at all. Its just been code named Mass Effect 4 by the fans

No no... Sorry.....but BW stated it would be a disservice to refer to it as Mass Effect '4'.

You can be sure that it will be called "Mass Effect: ....something"

And a 'new region of space' doesn't mean a whole new galaxy. It simply means we haven't been there.

And both of those can be found in direct quotes (I believe one is Priestly and the other is Hudson). Better than going through third party's such as ign or eurogamer.
