In terms of general attractiveness for each character's design, not sexual attraction, I find Dorian, Varric and Sera to be the most interesting looking of the bunch followed by Vivienne and Blackwall. I'm mixed on Cassandra because I'm not a huge fan of her transformation from DA2 to DAI and how angular her face is now feels a bit off to me. I'm more than fine with making her more tough looking but I think it was too much of a departure.

 

Solas and The Iron Bull are the two characters who's design I find the least appealing if not bad. Solas feels very bland, his artwork was much more interesting though nothing amazing either, but still better than what we have. The Iron Bull's head/face is all over the place, his huge horns are just too huge and bull like. Most especially coupled with his rather small looking head with his fairly narrow and drawn out face. I just generally don't care for his facial features. Lastly Cole is OK, I'm holding off on really deciding how I feel about him until I play the game, he's kind of forgettable looking...not bad but not great. So I guess good job on that BioWare.

They are all kwl looking though,  in my opinion. I also don't hate the way Cole looks, he looks kwl he just also looks kinda scary so I put him last.

As the other said, DA tables are so hawt right now. IDK if you guys knew, but the turmoil these characters were going through in this concept art had to do with the death of the table by jealous Inquisitor when he found out the table was seeing every other companion. It says it all in their faces.

I wanna kick myself for saying this because I used to get upset at people who would call past Bioware characters ugly and what not, but here I cannot help myself. Dragon Age: Inquisition has bar none, the worst looking companions I've seen in a Bioware game. Some are flat out ugly, and some are flat out weird looking. Maybe this is what they were going for artistically, but I find it jarring. It's a real shame that the most attractive female member by far (Leliana) can't be romanced. While understandable given who she is, it still says something. I have no issue with people who aren't blessed with good looks, nor do I think every character should look like a super model, but it's a video game for godsake. 

 

Anyways I'm gonna try my best here. The first few are a given, but beyond that I have no idea how I'm gonna sort these people:

I respect your opinion but I disagree. I believe that it is the imperfections of these characters that makes them look even better. I like that Bioware is drawing away from the social norm of what it means to be "attractive."

 

May I ask why you dislike the appearances of these characters? Are their imperfections what you find unattractive?

2. Sera, love me some elf..even if she does look like she's been on the meth pipe for a few years.

3. Leliana, she's just plain attractive

4. Cass, her face is starting to show signs of her making the transition into what can no longer be called young   #shallowSOB

5. ???, can't really rate the males..it seems that, excluding solas and cole, bioware made them all reasonably handsome i guess.

6. Viviene, she just looks weird in my opinion... and i know its wrong of me but i just can't help thinking that she's the illegitimate love child of these two:
