I assume you imply hot in a superficial manner. As shallow as it is...I'll participate for fun. This is my opinion of course, and it should be noted that I'm a straight male so don't be surprised I rate the girls above the males.

No surprise Leliana would be the best looking female, she's definitely got the most sex appeal of all the females. And no surprise Dorian is the best looking male, the dude's too handsome for his good. Though I'm sure a lot of people would argue saying Cullen is more handsome.

I wanna kick myself for saying this because I used to get upset at people who would call past Bioware characters ugly and what not, but here I cannot help myself. Dragon Age: Inquisition has bar none, the worst looking companions I've seen in a Bioware game. Some are flat out ugly, and some are flat out weird looking. Maybe this is what they were going for artistically, but I find it jarring. It's a real shame that the most attractive female member by far (Leliana) can't be romanced. While understandable given who she is, it still says something. I have no issue with people who aren't blessed with good looks, nor do I think every character should look like a super model, but it's a video game for godsake.

Anyways I'm gonna try my best here. The first few are a given, but beyond that I have no idea how I'm gonna sort these people:

I think Sera is the prettiest elf I've seen in DA so far, I hope she isn't grimacing like that all the time though. Vivienne somehow seems to be under bad lightning constantly. Iron Bull looks weird (completely disproportionate on everything) and Cole interests me none whatsoever but Dorian and Solas look pretty darn awesome again.

Surprisingly I've come to like Cassandra.more.and more.

Agreed with Sera, definitely the best looking elf in the series so far.

 

I'm in the minority that finds Cassandra incredibly sexy, not just superficially but as a whole. I imagine she'll be my first/main romance

1. Vivienne, like ambitious gals, she'll encourage my inquisitor to reach places he thought impossible while looking hot.
2. Sera, she's cute, reminds me of Leliana (my first DA squeeze) and will pick my inquisitor up when the chips are falling,
3. Cassandra, she likes stabbing stuff and I fear it could be me should she get her upset, my inquisitor might be too busy saving Thedas to bother with kinky stuff like S&M. She's the type I just know it.

yeah just the only working automatic crossbow in Thedas with a great deal of sentimental value for Varric.. no need to keep it.

Well it's still worse than any other Bow you find, can't be that useful in that case.

I feel like the odd one, but I don't like Leliana's new look (outside of the trailer with the crows). She looks... strange in the E3 demo and the "I would die first" bit. Her face is too... narrow. I am hoping this strangeness resolves or that the devs are still tweaking the model... but right now her face looks meth skinny.

 

I personally think that Cass, Viv, and Sera are all vastly superior to our beloved bard.

Merrill is my favourite elven companion, and my favourite companion in general, however, Velanna was better looking than her. Both Merr and Vel are far better looking than Sera. I think it's the bad haircut. Hopefully Sera's fringe will look a lot better in the game.

Can I just point out, Leliana, Cullen and Ms. Scribbles (or whatever), are not going to be companions, hence, they shouldn't really be listed here?
