I think they kind of did it with Origins, too... didn't they? Yeah. They did. They had a ton of pretty big names for Origins and ME series, so it seems we have some real treats for Inquisition. I'd hope so. I love VO.

Listen to some Risen 2 stuff. A lot of VOs or actors sound different when they aren't acting. Benedict Cumberbatch has a bit of a lisp, for instance.
I listened to some Risen 2 gameplay videos. I still don't think it sounds like the British Inquisitor, but I never would've thought Sten and Sergeant Kylon were voiced by the same person either. So there's a very good chance I'm wrong.

Throughout high school, I was on the shadow cast for our local Rocky Horror Picture Show crew, playing mostly as Janet. I can still recite the entire movie from memory. I grew up loving the Worst Witch (gods that's awful, I'm so sorry Mom and Dad) as well as movies like Legend.
After all of that...I still didn't catch it was him either, until I looked it up. 
It just seemed like such a small part for such a great voice.

Funny I am just playing Risen 2 and was thinking some of the VA is pretty good for such a rough game.

I'd really like to have either Quinton Flynn (Raiden, Axel, Croix, Kolyat) or Keith Ferguson (Marluxia, tons of DA: O characters) as the male Inquisitor voice. Two great voice actors with amazing range, that have only gotten minor roles in BW games so far.

Per IMDB, Allen Leech is Solas...I don't see that on the OP, sorry if I'm stating something already known.
The Solas Thread says that David Gaider confirmed that Allen Leech is not voicing Solas and that we shouldn't trust IMDB.
I can't find the source myself, right now.
EDIT: Found it.
Allen Leech is not the voice of Solas. Do not trust IMDB.
