Doing my first playtrought of the trilogy as a hole and i saved wrex and i really dont want mordin to die again. I destroyed maelons data in me2.
If wrex lives is there anyway to save Mordin ?

No. As long as Wrex is in ME3, Mordin will always die, whether its by you or curing the genophage. The only way for Mordin and Wiks(if Mordin dies in ME2) to live is to have Wreav in charge and Eve dead by destroying Maleon's data in ME2 or not doing Mordins loyalty mission.

The whole point in ME3 is that the earlier decisions (ME1 & ME2) affect it

Unfortunately no. If you want Mordin to live you have to:
1) Kill Wrex in Mass Effect 1
2) Destroy Maelon's data in Mass Effect 2

Or don't recruit Wrex in ME1
