Is there a tutorial, guide or an example to create a spell book for a custom class?

No, I haven't seen one. I think the spells available to each class level are specified by the 2da files that begin with 'packsp'. You'll need to root around in the various 2da files to see what needs to be set up for a new class.

OK. I wasn't sure where to start. Thanks.

Clarify your question.
You can add spellcasting to custom classes as long as you want to use one of the existing classes.
If you want to create a completely separate custom spellbook (eg: like Kaedrin's Hexbalde) then that requires some really tricky stuff to be done and a hell of a lot of work.
You could try asking Kaedrin. See if he would be willing to give you his code for the custom spell book to give you an idea how to go about it. Not sure what version he was on when he went closed source on his work... possibly an earlier version had the hexblade stuff in it while it was still open source.

I was thinking along the line of a new class. If this is advanced, then I will do something else. Thanks.
Edit: I was not thinking of a new style of casting, like the hexblade, but using divine with existing spells.

Then thats fairly simple. Just clone the cleric 2das and stuff and make your own entries.

I had read something on Kaedrin's site about complex script, so I wasn't sure where to start. Thanks for all the input.

I created my new class of divine spell casting, and turned off "AllSpellsKnown", and a new spell gain 2da. When I created a character, I was not given the option of selecting spells. So I turned on all spells, and when I opened the spellbook, there was everything to memorize, including actions and stuff not related to divine spell casters. I am not sure what to do next. I am sure I created all the appropriate 2da. maybe I need to double check some more. Thanks.

You may be running into a hardcoded issue. If class != Cleric && !=Spirit Shaman etc, then default to giving all or nothing.

I was afraid of such a thing. Looks like I will change to Prestige Class instead. Thanks.
