As long as the decisions we make are more like stances instead of sides and we are able to make more than 2 or 3 of those stances then I'm game for whatever dillema comes our way.

Given that the big bad is unleashing a horde demons upon the world, I'd guess not. Wouldn't that be a bit like siding with the archdemon during a Blight?

Even if we can I expect it just would end up a non canon alternate ending like Shepard's death during the suicide mission or the Knight Captain joining the King of Shadows at Neverwinter Nights 2.

Could you side with the Archdemon? No? Then no!

If the "Big Bad" is the person who's orchestrating the fade tears, I can't see us being able to side with him, since that will lead to the destruction of Thedas most likely, just like we weren't able to join the Archdemon.
If there is another bad guy like Loghain who is a thorn in the side of the Inquisition but at the end of the day wants the same thing we want, I can see him being spared.

you mean they pull a trololol catalyst? I could live with that, also they hinted that you could lead the world to it's ruin, there are like 3 huge changes, 40 mild changes and over a hundred tiny changes, with the three huge and the hinting that the world could die, I think it might be possible to mess up so badly that you have a trololol catalyst and the world ends up destroyed. (metaphorically)

If you did the Dark Ritual...
she has the power of a God and the boss fight is impossible

It wasn't that hard.

DA:O was ended in killing a creature with the power of a god.
It wasn't that hard.
The Archdemon is a tainted Old God that has been "twisted and corrupted" by the Darkspawn.
We don't actually know what an Old God in his or her original, untainted form would look like or be capable of.

They'd have to put it just right. If the Big Bad didn't cause the Fade Tears and we've spent the whole game working at cross purposes because, like Cerberus, the Big bad felt he/she/it could control or harness them to gain more power while I've been trying to close them ... but in the final chapter perhaps things have shifted and Big Bad now realizes that control isn't possible while I realize that fully closing the tears isn't possible and only a combination of the things we've both learned will even come close to creating some kind of solution? ... Maybe ...
